Terrible communication

I ordered a tv and put a note into the comment section on ordering that I specifically wanted to be rang before the tv was delivered as it was a surprise gift. I also then rang yesterday to The delivery number to reiterate this and was told I would get a text message with a time it was going to be delivered. I got no text message and the tv was delivered without me being available to collect it and the person who the surprise gift was for answered the door and collected the tv! I have to say the communication has been awful and has ruined this surprise therefore I would not feel comfortable in recommending your Store to anyone and will not shop with you again

My order was dealt with online no…

My order was dealt with online no problem. After a couple if days status was saying item not despatched. I rang and apparently there was some mix-up in warehouse re this item. Customer Services sorted issue quickly. However, had I not called it would have taken far longer to be sent out.

Poor customer service

I had an issue with setting up the TV, rang up customer service and was told to send an email. I haven't received a response since.
Poor customer service.
I wouldn't use again.

Very good service

Very good service - good price and delivery time was fine. The only negative was that the delivery guy was on his own and I had to help him lift the fridge and freezer as there were 4 flights of stairs.
