We had one of the worst delivery and customer service experience with electrocity. Our package was delivery through anpost instead of Caulfield Transport as mentioned in the email from electrocity. This meant that our old appliance was not collected by them either, despite the clear line in the email saying it would so:
"Old Appliance Removal
Your old appliance must be disconnected and removed from any kitchen units to be taken away. "
Upon contacting costumer service multiple times, they refused to collect our old appliance and were actually rude and nonchalant about the it. Regardless of our effort to help local business during the lockdown they couldn't careless and wanted us to break the lock down and bring the old appliance to their depot.
On top of all this, there was another customers full name and address still on the box from last delivery which is a breach of data protection regulations. They were careless about that as well when raised with them.

Great service TV arrived within delivery schedule, very satisfied and easy to deal with.
Great service, easy to order online and delivery arrived safely and faster than expected.
All fine, but some misads of Asus machines and a cracked chair which was replaced in great service and attitude. Just when I missed my cheque of €10, and asked if I rather take a refund, then the guys went silent. Can I have an answer at least?
Product is excellent. Delivery took two weeks. Delivery man is the best.

2 months ago I was thinking of getting a €600 TV, I wanted to know if it was in-stock in my local Electro City so I messaged their Facebook page.
Two days later still no reply so I went to the message board on their website asked the same question
Two days later still no reply, that day I messaged Harvey Norman, got an answer the next day and picked up the TV that evening.
It's now 2 months later and I still haven't got any reply.
A good, quick and prompt service. Arrived within 2 days of ordering. Great value machine. Wudn't shop any where else. 👍
