I purchased a micro system via amazon UK, the package arrived on time. I as a senior citizen love music,so this very modern system I thought great music to my ears.....but no, the system came with an adapter and I am unable to use the system as the adapter doesn't fit the two pin plug. Yes like other people wrap it up send it back, then you can have a full refund. Sadly that is the easy way out for the company. All they needed to offer me is an adapter that fits their two pin power lead. what could be more simple. I have now purchased a tinny system to cover me over the christmas period I am contacting the company that made the adapter, they are located in Harlow , Essex and specialize in adapters. Please, Please be careful when buying any electronics on line in uk and make sure that they have a British standards power lead(plugs). I just might add I have no problems with any other electrical equipment purchased from Amazon UK.
This company is a total scam. Their customer service is very bad. I bought a dryer from then called OneCocept.
They delivered the machine to my door in not working condition and From the time I got the machine, it did not work. So, I asked for a refund. They do not have a pick-up service from my address. They are asking me to pay extra for the pick-up. I was willing to pay for the pick-up. But the UPS does not have service for a pick up from my address.
So I a stuck with a piece of junk that the Electronic-Star has delivered to me!!
Please don't do business with such a bad company, who are unprofessional, unethical, and has such bad customer service. I don't know how I am going to get my money from the?
High quality and well-priced electronics. We most recently got a food processor and it's the cheapest one I've ever had and yet it works just as well, if not better than others.
Bought fridge freezer and it arrived all damaged and the company won’t pay for return shipping. They advertised as coming from the country but it came from Germany.Even the inside of the fridge is damaged. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!

bought a Klarstein microwave from them. Perfect addition to my kitchen, great for doing croissant scones etc. My family love it for quick heat ups such as pizzas and melted cheese dishes very convenient and easy to clean

Despite a delivery problem by the delivery man, Electronic Star's after-sales service was very efficient.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a mini hifi set from them. Took 10 days to arrive. Emailed asking for information, given covid excuse, staff working from home etc. Other emails just ignored. The item was very plastic, looked cheap and nasty, but it was not over expensive. I used it for about three times, only on cd, for around 2 hours each time. The last time, it kept cutting out, the disc just not reading. I cleaned the disc, no difference, I used a new disc, still the same. Got fed up, tried live chat, tried phoning, tried emailing again, in the end, I instigated a return on line. I have post receipt, it was delivered on 19.10.20. Checked bank account, nothing received, their website says, 7 working days to process refund, what utter rubbish, it is not conceivable to take that long. All in all, dreadful service, dreadful product, dreadful delays. Appalling.
I have been trying to contact them for weeks about an electric patio heater that was faulty when delivered and has never worked. No reply to emails. The phone number is a recorded voice redirecting you to email. The online returns button takes you to an error page. All companies are struggling to deal with the pandemic, but very few offer service as bad as this.

With a company called hif-itower they have taken our money from our account but no invoice or receipt of any kind was received only three requests for their news letter. Tried logging in to the account says wrong password tried reset password says email not listed. Then how are they able to send me 3 emails requesting to join their news letter again and I know I already did

They will never pick up the phone. You can call The Netherlands, HQ Germany or even in the UK. You get the same stupid message over and over again. They will never answer the phone. My advise... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCUMBAGS!
