They are UNRELIABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. Believe me, all the positive reviews are written by their employees. If you do a small research, you will definitely find out that the ones who have written bad reviews, they all describe the same story, as the company uses exactly the same ridiculous excuses and lies. Personally, not only I never received the TV I paid for, but they also put down the phone on me three consecutive times and after that they accused me of inappropriate behaviour when I have just called them to ask why my TV wasn’t delivered (after two whole weeks). Believe me, if you call them, they will claim that they have sent the product to the carrier and then if you call the carrier company (Furdeco), they will say that they haven’t even received your product. THIS IS THE CLASSIC PATTERN. If you want to receive your order, just DO NOT BUY FROM ELECTRONIC EMPIRE! And do not believe any good reviews about them(positive review= fake, written by company’s employees)!

Ordered a Sonos Ray on a Monday and Delivered on the Friday. Excellent Price and was all sealed and new. Only negative was it wasn’t next day as it stated on the website but I wasn’t in a rush.

I initially felt suspicious considering the advertised cheap price. However I placed an order for a microwave over the phone on late Wednesday,, and was told it would be delivered on Friday. Sure enough at midday on Friday it arrived, extremely well packaged. Removing the teams of bubble wrap took an age to find a sealed brand new boxed microwave.
I can’t express how happy I am with my purchase and all my fears of being scammed are completely been misjudged. It’s been a faultless transaction with this company. Top marks!!

I read all the reviews on here after I placed an order with this company. I was expecting trouble but the samsung soundbar I ordered on Boxing Day was delivered to Scotland by Parcelforce on the 30th. Well wrapped, no faults or damage at a price lower than anywhere I’d seen. I’m very pleased with my item. Thanks for such good services.

Misleading delivery times on website. I believe this is their business model to make profit on cancelled items. They hide a £30 cancellation in the T&C’s which covers them if they break their delivery promise of 3 working days.

This is probably intentional and they still get profit either way. Delivery company they use is useless as well, never heard of them and probably in it together

This company well what can we say. Surely don’t treat customers fairly not ordered from these as I caught the con prior but thought be good practice to share to make you aware.

I ordered a samsung q990f from premier av centre on the 30/10/25 and got a notification from royal mail on 01//11/25 informing me they would be delivering that day. After using it for week and after some tweeking I have to say it is one the the best buys I've ever made further more the buying experience with premier av centre could not have been better and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very dodgy company based in a run down part of Birmingham! As a previous customer stated, they trade under several company names, including Premier AV Centre, Total Digital, and on Amazon as Electronic Empire.

It’s likely that they sell faulty items which they have sourced for knock down prices. Hence why some of their prices are lower at times than reputable stores.

When trying to return, even if the item has remained completely sealed and unopened (for example when you reach home and read these reviews over the next few days!), they refuse to communicate with you. Once you do manage to speak to them (using a different number) they lie about their names (for instance Harry pretends to be Ray!), and then proceed to tell you that you have passed their seven day return policy (which was 28 days when purchasing), and that they will charge you a 20% restocking fee (no mention of this on their documentations)!

If something is too good to be true, it usually is. So please beware, and in fact stay away. Having multiple reviews saying the same thing is no coincidence.

Through some digging around and research, I have also discovered their positive reviews to be bogus. Fake reviews basically, created by themselves (and maybe friends/family) through various other accounts and names.

Please don’t take any risks. Just wait and shop around. Even if it means paying a few quid extra, you’ll be happy you did when your purchase is legitimate, it works, and you won’t have that horrible feeling of being scammed.

I had been looking on various websites to see what kind of deals were available and i can say in complete honesty that no site could match Electronicempire, great price, very good communication, very accurate delivery time.

Hassle free great service, placed order for Samsung 75” tv got and email to confirm order, called up next day to confirm delivery and time slot, got delivered within the 2 hr time slot, the delivery guys very very helpful! Very impressed with service will definitely use them again. Excellent value they offer store collection where you can save a bit extra if your local to the area.

Really happy with my purchase. I found the soundbar I wanted online for £250 cheaper than anywhere else. As it was fairly local I decided to collect. Was a little dubious when I saw the address but thats just me being a snob, although I was propositioned by a lady of the night when I parked up in a side street!
The service was fautless however and the staff really friendly. They helped carry the box to my car. Would use again.

I ordered an LG 32 Inch HD LED Smart TV from these chaps on 11 November. I was informed that the stock was expected in to them on 18 November, so it would be a couple of days later. They exceeded my expectations and it was delivered to me on 18 November. Well packaged and good comms.

I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. The screen I received was defective. Seller is unhelpful and refused to cover full return shipping costs. Their customer service was unprofessional and uncooperative, showing no concern about delivering a faulty product. I strongly recommend avoiding this seller, as they seemed very used to dealing with customers and wronging them.

The Samsung ex display monitor was at an extremely competitive price and ordering was easy. A quick phonecall to the seller which was answered quickly and courteously informed me when the package would arrive. True to their promise the monitor arrived extremely well packaged and was easy to set up when I found the relevant instruction manual on the net - this seems to be the usual thing nowadays. All in all very satisfied with product and service. Thank you

After much scanning of the internet managed to find the TV that I wanted at £170 less than Amazon or John Lewis were quoting.
Easy to order and was made aware of delivery procedures .
Notified of delivery the day before and advised of time on the day which was adhered to.
The TV was exceptionally well packaged and I am delighted with it.
Would use this supplier again and would certainly recommend to others.
