I called ahead to make sure what i was looking for was in stock. Not only did they have my items at the front counter, they knew i was in a rush.

Great customer service. Matthew was one of the best CSR I've ever encountered. I am new to the area and he even gave me valuable information about the area. I still feel the price was too high, but I did get a quality product. So far, I love everything about it.

When it comes to buying a tv make sure you do your research, because some of the tv’s features are unwanted and can not be change on a LG OLED MOUSE POINTER IS A PAIN IN THE ASS. So if you don’t like mouse pointers that have a AI ATTACH as a feature then don’t waste $1400 on this tv for gaming. IT will randomly appear every time u move the tv control and drive you nuts because when you click to view its has already jump to a new area/feature on the tv…and it disrupts viewing on apps.

Sunni was most helpful including making an order for the Onkyo AV. Will continue to shop at this location and with Sunni, the store manager.

Our salesperson was pleasant and friendly but a bit talkative lol. Unfortunately the delivery crew was quite bad, they were not prepared to install and once we pressured them to look at the receipt and call the manager and got them to do the install they did not install correctly and made a very large mess of the house. Our refrigerator was damaged and had to have a follow-up install.

My surround system doesn’t work. Spent a lot money for equipment and installation. Need a refund asap

My salesperson, Matthew, did an amazing job explaining the products and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions in a quick fashion and was very helpful. He helped us the whole time and we love our new PC set up.

Friendly and helpful staff. Took the time to walk us through the inventory and find what we needed. They also price match an item for us.

Love shopping here, the sales reps are friendly and personable and aren't too pushy with their sales. They generally know their products and are always willing to look up more information if you have questions.

We got the item we needed but not what we wanted. Online it advertised an open box item at the store but when we arrived we were told it was only available at the warehouse. We still had to wait for the item to be in store so why not send for the cheaper open box one rather than the same more expensive one. I was just hoping to save money.
