They went above and beyond

I cannot express my gratitude more for the boutique, they truly were a pleasure and went far above and beyond to ensure I got my shoes before my wedding. Would most definitely recommend!

The customer service is brilliant she emailed me to tell me that they might he delayed because of the Royal mail strikes and was very friendly. They took longer to come but I absolutely love my shoes just what I was after thank you

Hello , I am sorry you have yet to receive your item again , however I can see this was sent out to you twice the first you did not receive so this was then resent when we were made aware by you last week. This is quite an unfair review on the company considering delivery delays due to postal strikes which is beyond our control, as we have sent the items out which is all we can do. Once it is shipped it is in the hands of the delivery service unfortunately. Also we have not received any correspondence to make us aware that you haven’t received your items again. Please feel free to discuss this with the team for a resolution however as we have mentioned to all customers parcels may be delayed due to strikes and the time of year.

Placed an order with this company on…

Placed an order with this company on the 3rd October on an express delivery (extra £10)which should take 3/5 working days. Contacted them on the 3rd working day to see what was going on, and my suit hadn’t even been dispatched. They blamed this on the Royal Mail strike???? Chased it again on the 5th working day (12th Oct )only to be told the same thing. Obviously I wasn’t happy. They told me we “should receive the suit on the 20th October. This was no good as the wedding we we’re going to was on the 22nd in Dorset and wouldn’t know if it would fit etc so this wasn’t convenient. on the 13th October they sent me an email telling me they could no longer fulfil my order and would I like a refund. I sent and email back expressing my disappointment and requested refund. It’s now the 3rd November and still haven’t received a refund. I have called numerous times and have been told they have an issue with PayPal declining the refund and will get it sorted for me. I called a few days ago to see what was going on, and was told the same thing. I was then put on hold while she spoke to accounts. The girl then told me I will receive refund in the next 48hours. Still no refund. I’ve called this morning and was told again regarding their issue with PayPal and they are trying their hardest to resolve this issue. I wasn’t happy with this so I contacted PayPal. PayPal informed me no one has tried to refund me and declining refunds isn’t something they do. They said, the retailer issue a refund, then we issue it to you. It can then take up to 5 working days to hit your bank account. PayPal have now raised a dispute with the company. I went back to Elegance of Elena spoke to the same ignorant, arrogant girl telling her that what they have been informing with was lies, and I wanted my money back asap. She then had the audacity to RAISE her voice at me saying, “ im telling you this is what’s happening, we have an issue with PayPal” At this point I now lose it and shout back, understandably. How dare they speak to me like this after the way I’ve been treated. They owe me £257.96 not £2.57. I was then told accounts, who funnily enough you can’t speak to, will process my refund today. We’ll see. In a nutshell DO NOT ORDER DROM THIS WEBSITE!

good morning, we are very sorry you feel this way I have looked into this thoroughly for you to make sure we don't have unhappy customers however the following points raised are not correct.
* We don't offer an express service that costs an extra £10 plus orders over £150 have free delivery which I can see no shipping was charged on your order.
* There were huge delays surrounding the Royal mail strikes this wasn't just orders leaving us but orders coming into us unfortunately this is out of our control, and we try to keep customers updated along the way asking wear dates etc sometimes these dates can't be adhered to due to stock coming in and these strikes where will advise the customer as you were.
* PayPal are correct they don't decline refunds however sometimes they do have technical issues whereby supplier accounts disconnect, and a technical support team have to get involved. The reason the refund wasn't processed was because we knew at this time there was an issue, and it probably wouldn't work causing more problems for technical support and the customer having to wait longer while PayPal rectify this. The refund was held to avoid more customer problems along the way as soon as this was rectified refunds were processed.
* After listening to the call recording, the member of staff did nothing wrong you began to shout and scream and the member of staff dealing with the call advised she did appreciate being spoken to in this manner and was only advising on the information she had been given she did not appear arrogant and was trying to help, at no point did she get aggressive or argue simply stating there has been an issue with PayPal and that it wasn't lies.
* PayPal would not be allowed to divulge any sensitive information regarding issues on our account with customers.
* The accounts team do not speak to customers as they are not customer service representatives and only issue accounts being payments refunds and invoices.

Long delivery wait

I ordered my wedding shoes with a 3-4 day delivery. The money was taken but I didn’t receive them until nearly 6 weeks after ordering. Many emails and phone calls from myself with promised delivery dates and still nothing. The shoes have now arrived but very disappointed with the extra stress this caused whilst trying to organise my wedding and arrival only days before the event.

Great products

I needed underwear for my wedding and the high waisted pants were the ONLY ones I have tried that haven’t rolled down. Brilliant product.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! due to the postal strikes it looked like the bride wasn’t going to get her jewellery in time for the big day so they went above and beyond and hand delivered the item on a friday evening! thank you so much :)
