There was a slight delay in a product I ordered as Elephant and Cactus wanted to be assured of the product. When delivered the plant was in excellent condition and was delivered efficiently. Overall great service and very reasonably priced.

Can’t recommend enough!
Would strongly recommend. Such a great local company. Ordered in the evening and my beautiful, healthy plant was delivered before lunchtime the following day! The handwritten note was a lovely extra touch. Will definitely be buying from Elephant and Cactus again!

Perfect Gift and an amazing service
I bought 2 plants from E&C as gifts for friends, they are an extremely helpful and personable service. They helped me figure out which plants are the most forgiving (my friends are self confessed plant killers) so finding an easy to look after plant was a must. The E&C team helped me decide which would be the most suitable for my friends. Then a super easy checkout and quick delivery made the experience even better. These guys are amazing, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new plant!

Wonderful experience
I placed my order on Sunday and the plants arrived on Monday! The plants were exactly as shown onsite and delivered with great care and with a sweet note tied to the bag. I am delighted with them and will definitely be using E&C again. Highly recommended.
