I bought a necklace from them for Christmas. The inscription on the back you could not even read without a magnifying glass. Rodrigo the owner said he would make it right. So I opened the replacement box just now and it’s the same exact issue as before. He changed nothing. Nothing. What a liar

I bought my wife a heart necklace and was pleasantly surprised with the item. I engraved a message on the back which was great. The chain is adjustable. Got it in like 8 days. No complains so far. Will try other products soon!

My dad bought me a gorgeous message card necklace from this website. The necklace itself had the shape of a dragonfly and had a beautiful message on it. This gift is very special to me and use it on a daily basis. The quality is also very good and the necklace is adjustable to any size and does not bother my neck at all. I am usually sensitive to some necklaces but have had no problems with this one. Extremely satisfied overall!

Boyfriend ordered me a necklace for Valentine’s Day a month ago and still have not received and they will not answer our emails. Overly pissed off with this company. SCAM

I received a pair of boots for a xmas present. My favorite gift by far! They are gray with a bohemian wolf on them, because I have been protecting wolves for a long time. I also loved the fact that a portion of the purchase goes to elephants conservation organizations. They fit perfect and are so comfortable. I love them

I but a necklace with the hummingbirds on it for my wife and engraved a lovely message for her on the back. I can't even begin to explain to you guys the look on her face when I gave it to her! She absolutely loves it. She has always been a huge fan a of birds and adding the engraving just makes it such a one of a kind gift. The necklace itself is adjustable and looks very high quality. The pendant is smalish but she prefers it that way so it does not look bulky. Will definitely buy again!

Only part of my order arrived. I emailed customer service twice about this and have been ignored. I spent over £100 on this order and I am very unhappy. The item I did buy -the hooded blanket was not great quality and I also asked about steps for a refund and still on word from customer service at all. This is not a great way to run a business, ignoring customers an taking there money.

Ordering off Amazon has always been a huge gamble to me. I never know what to expect. Long story short my anniversary was coming up and I had nothing for my girl. I stumbled upon an elephant themed necklace and engraved our anniversary date on the back. It arrived just in time and my wife absolutely loved it! She has always loved elephants and the necklace was just perfect for her. Delivery took around 2 weeks. My gamble paid off this time!

This is my second order with these guys. First I ordered some boots which are quite nice, and recently I got a dragonfly necklace in the shape of a heart. The necklace has been my favorite so far! The chain is adjustable which I love since my neck is a bit thick. The print looks very cool and is a great conversation starter! I have had no complaints with my order and will most likely order myself something else in the future. :)

Placed an order on June 10, received on June 25. Customer service was very helpful because at first I added an incorrect address at checkout. They helped me make it right and were very friendly in the process. I ordered a message card necklace for my best friend which she really loved. I was able to add a custom message to the card which made it very special for me. Very pleased.

I got my wife a sunflower necklace for our anniversary. It has always been her favorite flower and I saw a facebook ad and knew it would be the perfect gift. I was a bit skeptical since I haven't heard of the site before but decided to give it a shot. I ordered the 18k gold variant. My wife actually loved the necklace, it arrived one day before our anniversary, took 2 weeks to get to Montana. I have no complaints! The heart pendant is quite small but my wife does not like flashy or large jewelry. The engraving on the back looks amazing.

She loves butterflies so I got her one with butterflies and an engraving on the back. The necklace arrived in a very pretty gift box,it has an adjustable chain and looks very durable. My mother absolutely loves it! She wears it all the time and loves the message I left her. I thought it was going to take forever due to the current situation but I was able to get it in under 2 weeks. Will definitely buy more I'm the future!

I placed an order on June 12 and it still hasn't shipped. Tried contacting customer service, email. Getting no response from anyone. Starting to look like a scam to me.

Yesterday received the owl necklace I ordered for my girl. The custom engraving was a very nice touch and she absolutely loved it! The Colors of the pendant look just like the picture online. I did have to contact customer service to fix an address error which they fixed promptly. Shipping with my item took around 1 week. My girl is allergic to some types of metals but this has been perfect since it is made of surgical steel. Chain is adjustable and fits her very well. Haven't tried their other products but will in the future!

I contacted their staff to change the engraving I initially had and they were able to help very swiftly.

I bought the surgical steel version since my mother is sometimes allergic to silver materials.

The chain is fully adjustable and the pendant is gorgeous!

I've never written a negative review before, but I feel like I have to here. The boots I received were way off in size, and rather than exchange them, I wanted to just return them and move on. A customer service rep said this was okay and gave me the instructions for sending back the boots. She said that they would process the refund once they received the boots.

It's been two months since they got the boots back (according to tracking details) and I have yet to hear anything. I've sent emails practically weekly and from different email addresses asking for an update on my refund and gotten no response -- previously I would get one within a day.

It's clear that they're ghosting me and have no intention of refunding me for the boots that have been returned to them. I wish I had heeded the warnings in other reviews. Unless you're comfortable being out $90, this company is not worth the risk.

The boots are really comfy from the first moment of wearing them. By comparison I couldn't break-in the vegan Doc Martens I had initially bought. HOWEVER they are obviously printed on white material and so just kneeling with the boot toes coming into contact with the floor has started rubbing off the design and any scuffs ruin the pattern as are very noticeable. This has been really disappointing. I got back to the vendor quite quickly on email but haven't had any reply from the two emails I sent. I am also now quite sceptical about whether any money goes to the elephants. I too, similarly to other buyers, was shocked the items came from China and that an additional customs tax was needed to be paid and yet it didn't mention anything about China on the site. I thought they were an American product. Really a shame as this company/ product could be really excellent; ethically, and quality-wise.

I usually don't leave reviews but this time felt like I had to! I didn't have such high expectations since the boots were only 80 dollars. I was very much impressed when my all season boots arrived! In my case they fit quite well I ordered a size US8. They do take a bit to arrive but I don't really mind since I knew beforehand. They are quite appealing to the eye, everytime I wear them to wall my dogs my neighbors always stop me to ask me where I got them. I was hesitant at first since I am not used to buying footwear online. Nevertheless now I am glad I took the chance! Now that I have tested them I will buy another pair for my sister's birthday without a doubt!

I got the sunflower boots as a gift from my father for christmas. First they took a very long time making it to his house, which was expected because I assumed they were good quality and needed time to be put together and shipped properly. Well I got my shoes yesterday and I have not worn them. Two of the shoelace pieces at the top of one shoe have fallen off. I HAVE NOT WORN THEM ONCE. I was looking so forward to these shoes and I asked for these for christmas for such a long time and when I received them I got this disappointment. Sorry for the irritation but these were EXPENSIVE and I didnt get to wear them once. My family already struggles with money and for this to happen is just heartbreaking. One chance, poof. Gone
