No delivery since November 25. AI Generators answers! Why does shopify not react on so the cheated customers??? SCAM!!!!

Awful. Lovely lighting advertised. Quite pricey but hoped to be worth the cost. It has been over three months and we are still waiting for our lamp. After numerous contacts with the company and promises that it will be delivered soon, there is still no sign of the lamp. I have also requested a refund several times, which is refused stating that they cannot stop the shipment and issue a refund, but that I can return the lamp when it arrives and request a refund if I wish. I cannot return a lamp that never arrives!! I am not sure if this is a scam or if they are just highly disorganised but either way I would not trust or recommend

We did finally receive the lamp and it is quite nice. I therefore wish to correct my previous review, that this is not a scam but the very slow delivery and poor customer communication is a real issue. I have shared feedback with the company and hope they can improve on these things. So as an update to my review if you like the lamps and are prepared to wait a very long time for delivery then the product is quite good when it eventually arrives!

This place is huge SCAM. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. ORDERED A LAMP IN NOVEMBER, and STILL WAITING - ITS ALMOST MARCH NOW!

This is a definite elaborate scam. The shop website was created in November 2025, that's since when the complaints of non-delivery start here and on other platforms. For me the lamp does not arrive for 3+ months since November too, and the shop does not provide a refund when requested multiple times. Customer service provides AI generated responses with elaborate promises of sending immediately and prividing a tracking number, while clearly this is to just prolong anyone taking action on this scam.

The delivery took forever (ordered the lamp early Dec, received late Feb), but the customer service was at least responsive. The product itself looks somewhat of lesser quality than in the photos - it is a bit skewed, and the material is not top notch. The remote is of the worst plastic imaginable, but the control functions are good. All in all, it looks decent in the room from a distance. Not overjoyed, but it works well.

Ordered in november 2025 and still haven’t received anything in over 3 months.

AI customer service ensuring everything will be shipped in 7-10 days… Can’t get a tracking number etc etc

Not really sure what else to say other than the fact that the Ave lamp is extremely beautiful. Its very unique and that's exactly what I like about it. It doesn't look like something you see everywhere. I can also add that Lisa from customer service was really helpful and easy to talk to which made the whole process nicer. Maybe ill purchase the valery lamp soon when my budget allows it.

3 months to get my lamp, claim to be a European company and received my lamp from China... Customer service was useless many times over, I was this close to call the police to report a fraud.

Absolutely stay away from this company! A Total Scam! I ordered a large light over 2 months ago, and it has still not been delivered. Upon contacting them, I was met with the same disingenuous, likely AI generated response. I was also unable to get through by phone in spite of numerous attempts.

Stay away from this company. Unable to deliver since more than 1.5 months. They are reactive when contacted, but give answers that look like AI. They use a lot of words without saying anything and are unable to provide any delivery date or tracking information, but took the money.

The Elera Lights website was clear on this point: the floor lamp is not industrially produced, but handcrafted and made to order. I knew I had to be patient. But it's human nature to worry when you don't hear from them for a while. But the Support team reassured me and kept me waiting.
And when the lamp was delivered, I have to say that my wait was rewarded: the wow effect was there! I'm very happy with "my" collector's floor lamp, which really adds a touch of luxury to my living room. And the ability to adjust the types of lights and intensity with the remote control adds a touch of modernity. You have my heartfelt thanks.

Not to trust . They say it s not from China . But I can clearly see that the product is shipped from China :)) I ordered it on 17 th of december still no lamp ! Update will follow !

The lamp is more than up to expectations. It’s a work of art that provides beautiful atmospheres. A very nice sculpture to have in your home.

Very long delivery time. I never got a conformed delivery date. Product was delivered during my holidays. Customer Service was informed. They couldn't handle this.
The lamp had no delivery damages.

We use it in a room that used to feel a bit unfinished. Adding this lamp somehow tied everything together without changing anything else.

I ordered a large Ave lamp on 16. November 2025 for EUR 371. On 13. January I still have not received my lamp. I have written them several times. Today I was approached by a Chinese girl Maggie via WhatsApp, claiming she was from the delivery company global-vertical.com and that my lamp was in their possession at a warehouse close to my location. She wrote that Elera Lights had not paid them for delivery and I would have to pay to get it delivered. When I asked for the location of the warehouse, she did not get back to me. I have not paid anything to them as I am 100% convinced now that this is Fraud. DON'T buy anything from them.
