An excellent shop with quality products for the hobbyist and the professional!

They lie you in the face, when it comes to what accuracy a thermal camera can have. Just to prevent you from returning the camera. The camera even did not have an alarm sound, which it said it had. Did not follow up on this, since I couldnt find another thermal camera.

This is the best customer service. They can help you with everything throughout your whole process of buying but also perfect post-sale customer service with installation and usage of product

MIND BLOWING! I mean...I was strugglying for weeks trying to find a specific Brymen multimeter. It was unavailable everywhere. Then I found Eleshop. They had it in stock. The price was more than faire. So...as we're used to get scammed on the internet when we find such a good deal, I called on the phone number (nothing but a phone number on a website is a near-miracle, nowadays..). Surprisingly, a TRUE HUMAIN BEING ansewered! OVATION. They answered very accurately and with lot of politeness. And I got all the informations/confirmations I needed. Then I ordered the product. Then they shipped it. And 3 days later it was dropped @ my place. As expected. How many stars? 5? Hell no....6 !! Thans again....I'm keeping this shop for further purchases, o' course.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I Ordered a soldering station and had trouble getting it to work. I therefor contacted the Eleshop customer support exposing my problems and troubleshooting steps I already made. A few hours later I already got an answer from a real and competent human asking for some further information and pictures in order to RMA the station. Eleshop sent a replacement part the same day and also took care of the shipping to return the defective part. Unfortunately, the replacement part didn't solve the problem and I contacted them again asking if there is something else I could do wrong. They again answered very quickly and sent another replacement part. At this stage I was almost certain that I did something wrong which was confirmed when I still had the same issue after receiving the second replacement part. So I contacted them again asking for help and got an answer in less than an hour. Eleshop had already contacted the manufacturer to check if the first parts really were defective (which wasn't the case) and proposed to pick up the whole kit to test it themselves and give me some feedback.
As I already expected, they tested and confirmed that everything was working perfectly .
They even took the extra time and effort to reproduce my mistake leading to my issue and sent me some explanations and pictures showing exactly what i did wrong and how to do it right. My mistake was kind of stupid and I don't know if I would have been as comprehensive and patient as Eleshop has been with me.
The cherry on top: before sending everything back to me, they set up the station so that I just had to plug it into the power socket. Shipment was again very fast and with no surprise everything was working flawlessly when i plugged it in.

I'm really impressed by their excellent customer service, patience and attention to details for dummys like me :-)
They really earned my trust and I highly recommend their shop to others. And my next orders will definitely go to them, without a doubt-

I placed an order for 7-8 various items for a project I was going to be working on and when I opened the package two weeks after delivery, the most important item just wasn't there. I reached out to their support team and within a day they had resolved it and now I have the missing item. Ideally everything would've just been right from the beginning, but histakes can happen. What makes a great experience is their quick and helpful customer support.

Good, qucik delivery, nothing to complain

Very good prices, low cost items still keep their low prices without the high premiums everyone else base their business on (try buying an attenuator in a norwegian eshop, you will be running away screaming). And they have lightning fast delivery, service is also impeccable and their answer is quick and very helpful. This is really a 6 star review, they go above and beyond. Totally recommended 👍😀👍

Fast shipping and premium product.
Guys it’s not worthy to buy cheap china solder.
Some ain’t melting, other melts but even with fune extractor I got headaches, with the cheap china solder and fluxcore.
This solder is perfect! Also use always a fune extractor, and please use common sense.
