The shop works well, shipping is fast, prices are excellent.
Overall seems like a great business run by competent people.

P.S.: I recommend also looking at "Sale" and "Special Discounts" categories. I haven't used them personally, but there could be some great finds in there.

I was very satisfied with both the product and the overall service. The Siglent SHS1102X oscilloscope and Micsig DP3000 differential probe work exactly as expected, and the quality of both products is excellent. Delivery was fast, communication was clear, and the entire purchasing process was smooth. In my experience, the product quality, service quality, and delivery speed were all at a professional level. I can highly recommend Eleshop.

top quality multimeter Brymen BM788BT, shipping quick and well protected

Ordered a thermal camera. Very quick dispatch, arrived in a good tempo right across the whole of EU. Shop actually knows about and works with EU VAT rules, which can otherwise be a pain sometimes in other webshops.

I purchased a NanoVNA antenna analyzer. It arrived in Greece in 8 days. The outer packaging was slightly dented, but the product inside was completely intact and works excellently. Overall, it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience.
Offer on their webshop is great and prices are more than competitive.

Delivery and everything else went smooth and fast.

Definitely recommended.

Very quick, very good, simple.

Bought a desoldering gun, arrived in less than 4 days.

Great service, quick delivery, and products arrived exactly as described - would definitely buy from them again.

I recently purchased a tinySA Ultra+, a LiteVNA64 and several RF accessories and attenuators from Eleshop.

The instruments arrived well packed and have performed very well. I have already used the LiteVNA64 to characterize several of the supplied attenuators at different amateur-radio frequencies, with very good and consistent results.

One 10 dB attenuator turned out to be defective. After I contacted Eleshop and provided my measurements, their customer service took the matter seriously, checked other units from stock, contacted the supplier and discussed the technical details with me. Once the defective unit was confirmed, they provided a coupon for a free replacement in my next order and did not require the faulty item to be returned.

What impressed me most was not simply that they replaced an inexpensive component, but the professional way in which they investigated the problem instead of giving a routine customer-service response.

Excellent technical supplier, fast communication and very good after-sales support. I will certainly buy from Eleshop again.

I am very satisfied with my purchase of the Brymen BM137ma clamp meter from Eleshop. I chose Eleshop because this particular model is currently not available for purchase in Ukraine, and even with the delivery costs, buying it from Eleshop was more affordable than the available options I could find locally. I arranged delivery to a Nova Poshta warehouse in Germany and then received the package in Ukraine. The whole process was very smooth and the package arrived surprisingly quickly. I was also very impressed with the communication with the Eleshop team. I contacted their consultants by email several times and they were always very helpful, responsive and professional. They answered my questions quickly and provided all the information I needed. The packaging also deserves special mention. The meter was packed very securely with double packaging, so it arrived in perfect condition without any damage. As for the Brymen BM137ma itself, I am very happy with it. The build quality is excellent, it feels solid and reliable, and the functionality is exactly what I was looking for. Overall, I am very pleased with both the product and the service from Eleshop. Everything from communication and ordering to delivery and packaging was handled very well. I would definitely order from Eleshop again and can highly recommend the store.

Fast and Serious;-)

Super fast delivery and all items as described.
Perfect

Item was exactly what we ordered and was delivered quickly

Excellent service and excellent people. And most inportant, almost for me: fast. Could be a little bit faster (one less day from Netherlands to Spain), but all in all is nice.
