Delivery failed, received no notification. Customer service terrible..
Ordered a few products first week in Jan. Never had any notification that they had arrived, only a text from the transport company inpost saying the delivery point I chose was "out of service". Chose another.
Eventually went into y account to see order had been returned. It was delivered to the point I originally chose, but received no notification.
Customer service worse than useless. Insisted that the courier never sent SMS messages only emails.
I sent screenshots of my inbox and spam, showing nothing received.
Tone of customer service emails is rude and dismissive.
In the end I only lost 6 euros ( they charged me for the return of the packet!) but I´ll close my account as soon as I get the refund and will never order again.
As one person on here commented, they prefer to lose a customer than offer any actual solution or service.
I didnt like the implication that I was lying and that they side with the logistics company ( who failed to send ANY notification re the order) rather than focus on client retention.
