We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Jordan helped us come up with a great design and to do it within our budget. The quality of the units is excellent, and it was very reassuring to know the Elgar team were on the end of the phone when inevitable minor hiccups occurred during fitting. Issues were sorted straight away without any fuss. We would highly recommend Elgar kitchens

We were introduced to Lisa and Elgar Kitchens through a television programme. We travelled to the show room and we were blown away. The show room, the staff, the attention to detail is just WOW. Our kitchen wasn’t the biggest but the precision in the designs, the thought process behind how the kitchen would function, the heavy traffic areas and even what way doors should open and where handles would feature were all discussed, as well as a million other things you would never think of yourself. We were provided with visuals. We put cabinets in, we took them away. Nothing was too much trouble. Then the magic happens. The delivery men, the fitters, the stone company - all were fantastic. This company really deserves more than 5 stars. It makes you realise what good service really is and how sometimes internet searches and purchases just don’t compare. I’ve since added additions to my kitchen and a gin cabinet to my living room. It really was that good that anything else just wouldn’t compare to the quality of what we had received as part of our renovation experience. You should visit, discuss what you want and see what they can create for you. They truly are a fantastic team! X

Firstly, the design (thank you Sam) which encapsulated our needs and our wishes exactly, from providing more prep space to making the dining end look more like, well a dining end! We just love the curved cupboards and the new work space above. But the whole kitchen works well even better than we had hoped for. Everything has a space, items are easy to hand and there is much less bending, hurrah!

The execution too, went almost exactly to plan, with only one day being added to the schedule. You started on the day you said you would at the time specified. This is a big thing for us, so many times we have been let down by workmen saying they will arrive at a certain time, we have waited in, twiddled our thumbs, only to be told they will have to arrive the following week. We know that even the best laid plans can go astray but it is nice when they don’t. Thanks to Nigel for organising this.

The new electrics, new lights, the installation of the kitchen units themselves, replacement of tiles, redecoration and the fitting of the appliances, all really went like clockwork and looks a million dollars, so thanks then to everyone who did the physical stuff.

We waited to use the kitchen properly before writing to you so that we could write from real experience. We have now cooked quite a few meals from roasts to stir fries, casseroles to baked potatoes (and we have to say the oven cooks a mean baked spud in 20 minutes with a crisp exterior to a fluffy interior, all in 20 minutes thanks to the oven incorporating a microwave!). The kitchen has, well just worked, wonderful.

Overall, the kitchen looks really good too, the colour scheme, the layout, the lighting. The staff and workmen were friendly, tidy and efficient. All in all a really good experience.

Delighted with our new kitchen from Elgar! We felt we were really listened to when we spoke with Jim about our requirements. Jim produced a design of our kitchen that exceeded our expectations. Excellent quality cupboards and appliances, excellent customer service from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend Elgar to anyone.

From start to finish Elgar were amazing! After receiving a couple of quotes from other kitchen companies we were blown away by the professionalism and care that Sam and Sarah showed us in helping us choose our dream kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble and the design Sarah came up with is perfect. Exactly as I imagined my new kitchen to be. The after sales service from Tracey has also been brilliant and I couldn’t recommend Elgar enough. Thank you from us both!

We had several quotes for our new large kitchen. Having had several designs and prices back we tried Elgar. Elgar were just as competitive apples for apples however their designer Sam picked up on many design flaws that he greatly improved on. So once we had the final design agreed and quote in place we decided to proceed with Elgar. Lisa managed to fit us in really quickly as we had the fitters lined up on specific dates. From here on the service was flawless, communication was a doddle. Our hard earned money was well spent with such a quality kitchen. We love it.

Customer service was fantastic, all the staff and everyone involved in the process were really helpful and friendly. The design process was thorough and not rushed, we could go back and re-look through what we had chosen to get it completely right. Removal and fitting process was efficient and organised. Finished result is absolutely stunning and fantastic quality. We would one hundred percent recommend Elgar Kitchens.

The showroom is lovely, full of inspiring layouts and racks of samples, so that one can play with different combinations of work surfaces, door fronts and so on. The brochure we were given was also useful. The designers allowed plenty of time during several visits for us to talk through numerous options and they revised the drawings accordingly. All the designers we met were receptive to our ideas and accommodated our wishes as far as possible, even allowing for some late changes of mind! The finished kitchen is fabulous and the layout works really well in the space.
We did find we had to keep a very close eye on the process during the installation as not all details were clear to the fitters and one or two alterations had to be made. No designers came to the site, which is perhaps something to be considered by Elgar Kitchens.

Upon entering the showroom at Elgar, we were convinced that a kitchen from here would be out of our price range. After a warm welcome from Charlie, he listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to create a kitchen within our budget. The fitters, Dan and Darren, were brilliant. Professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Worked very neatly and respectfully. We would definitely recommend Elgar, as we are thrilled with our new kitchen.

We cannot recommend Elgar Kitchens highly enough. From beginning to end including after service they have been faultless. Made what we were expecting to be a daunting experience into a really straightforward one. From design to fitting they have been fantastic. Dan the fitter/project manager was brilliant as were New Dawn energy for all the electrical work. Thank you Elgar.

Elgar Kitchens provided us with a first class service right from the early design stage all the way through to execution and completion. We are really thrilled with our new kitchen. Their fitter Keith and his team also carried out the building work to knock through, and were friendly, hardworking and meticulously tidy. The standard of their work was second to none. We have been really impressed, and would recommend both Elgar and Keith Sutton to anyone. Thank you everyone.

We were recommended Elgar by an architect and I have to say the design process was absolutely brilliant. Faye is the most patient person I’ve ever met, (I must have changed and tweaked things 1,000 times and Faye didn’t flinch once!). She also has a genuine talent for interior design and functional details. Our fitter Keith was also incredible, taking on the building work and fit of the kitchen. Our house is old and threw some genuine really tough curve balls at Keith who was prepared to adapt and work with whatever was thrown at him. He also takes genuine care and has lots of experience when it comes to practical solutions for challenges. The end product is a kitchen which could have been featured in a magazine. The aftercare from Elgar has also been excellent dealing with some issues relating to the painted finish on the cabinets which do chip quite easily (the downside of a matte finish). Having compared Elgar to Wren, the cost was actually no different in reality, and Elgar could provide more flexible and custom options with cabinets under our induction hob and on our peninsula, along with far better customer service. Using a fitter who Elgar recommended for the building work made the coordination of all the work much easier too. I would absolutely use them again.

From our very first visit to meet the Team with Sarah designing & then right through to the fitting with Dan & Darren we have been so impressed by the professionalism & expertise of Elgar Kitchens. We had our own ideas of the kitchen (months in the planning) & Sarah happily accommodated those & improved on them along with Lisa's expert input! The finished kitchen is wonderful & meets all our expectations & more. Everyone who sees it loves it, as do we & we have already recommended Elgar Kitchens to many people. To some the kitchen is very traditional (oak shaker style & brass knobs & tap) but with clean lines & a gorgeous Dekton worktop looks bright in our new extension. One of the best decisions was to sacrifice the gas hob & my 20 pans for a sleek induction hob! (Thank you Lisa!)

Charlie came to do the survey and he included every thing we asked for. They recommended a fitter Sam Beardsley who was very quick and efficient. So all in all a very stressfree experience.Thank you to all the Elgar team. We do love our new Kitchen.

Charlie was very patient and worked with us to get the design that we wanted (an exact replica of what we already had that worked for us) rather than something he might have wanted to design! We had our own fitter and Elgar liaised with him before and during the fit. A few problems but always pleasantly ironed out by the team (mostly Tracy). I am pleased with the overall look of the kitchen but would never choose a handless design again - cupboard space is restricted and the doors show every fingerprint and drip - everyday is a cleaning day.

We were recommended by a friend to Elgar Kitchens. Their professional, friendly and easy going approach was most impressive giving us trust and confidence in the whole process. Design ideas aplenty and budget met. Dan the fitter was a pleasure to work with, his skill and knowledge second to none. Our finished kitchen and utility is beautiful, we are over the moon with both. We wouldn’t hestitate to recommend Elgar Kitchens to anyone and hope to work with them again when we redesign our bedroom
