Delivery took a week.
Items came in a jiffy bag all jumbled together like second hand goods. No boxes to some of the liquids. Can't believe I spent all that money with them!

I hope you are well and thank you for your review.
The delivery method you selected was our free Royal mail 2nd class shipping which we do advise takes up to 7 working days. The order was placed on a Friday evening, which was passed our same day dispatch time - therefore the goods were dispatched on the Monday 30th Nov. As per the tracking this was received on the 4th December and therefore within the specified timeframe.
Regarding the bottles, not all e-liquids are supplied in boxes (which is illustrated on our website images) due to unnecessary packaging.
