Not a great experience
Order came two days after I was told it would arrive (not a weekend/ bank holiday) - it was just late. I didn't receive any apology email or communication explaining why it was late. Would have shopped elsewhere if eliquids superstore had been transparent about about delivery wait times, as many other eliquid companies do next day delivery. Initially came to the cite following a discount promo which said it would be applied automatically and then wasn't. After trying to apply it manually, it still didn't work but ordered anyway. Order was correct when it did arrive though. Wouldn't order from here again.

Excellent store
Been using this store for nearly a couple of years ago. I have never really experienced any problems with them, if I have contacted customer services they have been very prompt in answering your email. I won't buy my liquids from anywhere else as they are the most reasonably priced, good selection and the delivery service is quick even on the free postage. Really recommed this company you will not be let down

EXCELLENT COMPANY
Great company, very professional, great choice of products at excellent priced. They also run a loyalty scheme which is excellent. I've tried other places over the years but these are definitely customer focused and helpful
I had a problem with the lid not coming off one off my new bottles. They had me a new one within 24 hours out to me, and a very professional personal apology letter.
Try them then like me, you'll never try anywhere else
