Delivery was around 4 working days from time of order on 3rd January.
When I received my order there were two missing items that I paid for.
I emailed them and got a reply 2 days later apologising and telling me that they will send the missing items.
Overall I am rating 3 out of 5 stars and that is because of being a first-time customer and having missing items and a long wait for a reply regarding the missing items & I still have not received the missing items as yet (8th Jan)
I cannot comment on the vape juice that I bought as I can't currently use it because I was short of 2 nicotine shots that I paid for & never received.
I think it was reasonable to give 3 out of 5 stars for this company on this occasion based on the circumstances noted.
