My broadband was cutting out several times during the week. It was frustrating to deal with while working from home.

I purchased a prepaid card with unlimited data. I was never able to activate, i went to a Elisa store and was told they manage prepaid cards only online. I called support and they have been unable to help, asking me to go to an Elisa store. How to get a refund ? Impossible to get someone competent to solve any issue. Elisa is closer to scammers than to a telecommunication provider. AVOID

Always personal service from Anton at Itakeskus. Contract and shipment was delayed but at least I get personal service when required. Customer service is disappearing nowadays.

Elisa is worst company for companies. The reminder fees of late invoice is 40 euro and then something 50 on top. They dont accept their mistake either. Its second time i am having bad expereince. No Elisa ever for our company atleast. chosoe wiselty. There are much better options in the market.

I brought some headphones from their online shop once as they were cheap. Now I get calls and text messages almost every day asking if I want to buy a phone from them... I say no but they dont care. I block the number, they simply call again from a new number. I regret buying the cheap headphones now...

Signal quality in Perno and Pansio (Turku) and many other areas in Turku is really poor and weak. I'm getting only 2-3 bars (often only 1 bar) of mobile signal at my home. Also, mobile network is very unstable and often very slow even when the signal is good (Even after upgrading from a cheap plan to a more expensive one with supposedly higher speeds, nothing improved. The speed is still the same as it was on a cheap plan, and even that is still very unstable). And because of unstable connection and packet losses, it's very hard to speak with someone in Discord voice channels, play multiplayer videogames, stream etc, since my ping is often jumping out from 45 ms to 50000000 ms and getting me crashed out from the servers. Because of all of that, I really consider moving away from Elisa to another mobile operator. BTW, just for the contrast, I have 2 SIMs in my phone (First is Finnish one by Elisa, and second is my Ukrainian SIM by Kyivstar that works in Finland in Roaming), and I'm getting a lot better signal quality from my Roaming Ukrainian SIM card than from my actual Finnish Elisa's one (While Elisa has only 1 bar of signal, my Kyivstar in Roaming has full bars of signal)

I bought an acer revo box from you on the 5th of may this year. At first all was well, then I installed a poker app from GGpoker and after that the computer would load to the sign in page but clicking sign in did not work, I tried all options to try to fix it. the system was windows 11 pro with basic memory of 4 In my opinion this machine is not suitable to run the app I installed. I have returned it to you but am told that you will deduct 30 percent from the purchase price. Do you think this is fair. I am not happ, and I request a full refund of the purchase price. I will await your reply before taking this further. I know trust pilot is a trusted portal which gives honest reviews. Of course I am a registered member of trust pilot. I will refrain from contacting them if I get a positive reply from you. bear in mind, my purchase record with you. I am a long time customer and this is the only complaint I have made to you. I was scammed by elisa.fi, they activated a subscription for me without my consent, and these idiots don't even know that I've moved house, so they're activating the internet in a house where I don't live anymore! Scammers!!

Have never had as unstable wifi as with them, I pay for alot for my wifi and only get 10% of what they promise. Even with a brand new router. I've had 2mb/s for ages (which is still insanely low and less than what they promise) and now even more recently the average has been just 500kb/s! They constantly lie and even upgrade your package without your consent and then even beg more money for it. Would never suggest it to anyone.

Elisa’s mobile network coverage is horrible. I have dual sim one DNA and another one Elisa. Almost everywhere specially indoor, Elisa signal shows one to two bars and the DNA has full.

Big scamming company, I was charged 40+40 euros for 18 euro bills. When I was unable to find those bills open on website. Big scam! Stay away. Thanks

I made phone number for my Company and specially asked for the campaign Salainen liitymätarjous. Offe was Elisa 4G rajaton 200M a 29.99eur a month(24months) Got brand new number what I liked. When I realized it's too slow connection I went to their site and saw that it is 10M rajaton and can't call to Baltic Countries.

During my trip to Russia I ordered the reissunetti package on the recommendation of Elisa, the Internet package did not work during the entire trip. The amount for reissunetti was included in the bill twice. I will pay this bill, but at an early date change mobile operator.

Greedy Elisa directed my parents to paid Omaguru service to swap their account within INTERNAL Elisa systems to enable Apple Watch add-on for their accounts. I told my parents just to port their numbers elsewhere to any other operator that supports Apple Watch add-on lines out of the box and skip the Omaguru fee and all the other Elisa gimmicks. Horrible greedy service.

Pathetic 😡😡😡😡 i have been paying my bills regularly but paid invoices are always shown unpaid and they just block phone every time and ask for double payment. They don’t even bother to solve your problem rather than making excuses saying go here and there.

Purchased a prepaid e-sim from Elisa for my stay in Finland. It was marketed as "the first prepaid e-sim in Finland" and the pricing was good. I bought the unlimited data for 7 days in advance and activated it easy via the QR code once I arrived in Helsinki. Although l, turns out, the 7 days started when I purchased it, which meant it expired after me just being here for 4 days. I have read the purchase information and e-sim instructions multiple times and no where does it say that it will start the count down even before activating the sim. Tried calling customer service to get help with my issue and no one spoke English, the woman on the phone told me a coworker of hers that spoke english could call me back and I never got a call from them and it has been days now. Finally I found their Facebook page and managed to start a chat with a worker, after describing my issue and waiting hours for reply they ended the chat with "thank you have a nice day" without helping me at all.

Scammers. Bought this package while in Norway for 40 euros. Description said “Includes unlimited internet (max. 600 Mbit/s) in Finland, Nordic and Baltic countries and 18 Gt in EU/EEA countries. ” after 50gb speed went down to 0.5mb/s. Since their roaming policy. How on earth that is unlimited 600mb/s. Don’t ever trust them.

Watch out for Elisa – they don't give you important details when you buy things in installments. Unlike other sellers in Finland, like Telia and DNA, Elisa hits you with a hefty 40 euro late payment fee even if your payment is 6 euros, while others only charge 5 euros. I will never buy anything from Elisa, whether in installments or cash.

I had ordered a JBL Tune Flex to pick up from one of their stores. It seems Elisa do not recognize passports from countries outside EU as a valid ID. I was not informed of this before making the payment. Furthermore, the customer representatives in the shop would not cancel my order. Finally, I had to call their customer support (which costs 3 euros per minute), and they could cancel my order with just my Finnish identification number.
