The service was good but I just think what they charged was a bit expensive

The claim for an Ober investment was dealt with efficiently by Beth and team at Elite Chambers. It did take a long time to resolve but was worth the wait. Beth was very pleasant to speak with and helpful. There were some times when I couldn’t get through by phone, but it was down to a very large number of claimants all trying to ring at once. Despite the long wait for the FSCS to resolve the claim, the process for this claim was made as stress free as possible.

Beth was helpful and held my hand the whole way through the process. She explained everything clearly and was very thorough

Exceptional service.

I was approached by Elite Chambers to enquire if I had been miss-sold shares and decided to fill in the necessary forms to present my case to the FCFS. This was quite straight forward with help from Kris Smith and Mark Bove. My application was submitted and became successful after a very short period and my refund payment was received within 4-5 working days of Mark Bove submitting my claim to their Finance department. Overall a very successful claim and would certainly recommend Elite Chambers

The initial stages were a bit slow (although I was warned about that and I was partly to blame). However once things got going I was pleasantly surprised by the progress and I’ve received a surprising amount of compensation. Jamie-Leigh was excellent at staying in touch and keeping me updated. The service is professional and thorough.

Could not have been easier.
Was cold called so suspicious to start with.
But they are lagit and very helpful. I did not really have to do anything other than provide docs from old pensions which they picked up from my door. They kept me informed as to how claim was progressing.
Now I have 10k in my bank that I had no idea I was entitled to.
