Very poor in communication, my case was passed on to different people and in the end they didn’t manage to get any money back for me.
They didn’t even contact me to tell me they had lost my case.

I was dealing with Lore throughout the whole process. Lore replied to my emails quickly and also kept me informed of what was happening .She was also able to give me advice on certain aspects of the case .
For an ongoing scenario for about 3 years ,This was the first company to get a favourable result.

The whole process was handled by Lore Goggins from Simon Adams. She kept me regularly updated with how things were progressing & I feel I was treated in a very professional and respectful manner. I now have a sum of money at my disposal that I would not otherwise thanks to the service Lore & Simon Adams provided, with little or no effort from myself.

Having a dreadful time with this solicitor. Conversations seemed to be ignored, promises of updates and returned calls never happen. Now they don’t seem to know why they solicited my business in the first place. I am shocked that such unprofessional behaviours exists with a law firm. I feel they have extracted personal information from me under false pretences. I am looking for a route to complain to their professional body.

I was initially sceptical and suspicious of a scam but George Oro kept in touch regularly and kept me informed and it was a successful outcome which I had not expected. So, overall I am very pleased with the service and would recommend to others.

What can I say went with this company trying to get my pension back I lost no win no fee they say even on there website trying to charge me £1600 and didn't even win an absolute joke do not go with Simon Adams a disgrace

SimonAdan Solicitors were upfront and told me the process would take a long time - I received updates about the case every 3 to 4 months- it took about 18 months to get the money and I was delighted with the results

The team at Simon Adams are brilliant. Sam Gowling and Jamie Leigh Gormley have really helped me and i thoroughly recommend them

Only had one contact as yet but it was excellent. Kris Smith was informative, personable and a pleasure to talk with.

All these five star reviews - and I can’t help but notice that many of them have suspiciously similar style and language - don’t reflect my experience where communication and updates have been non existent.

More I look at these other reviews more fake they appear. What’s with all this naming a member of staff in every review? Similar sentence structures too in most.
