Had a phone call with Layla who explained everything I needed to send and how the claim would work

I was given the honour to deal with your firm Simon Adams and specifically Jamieleigh Gormley this year I was initially sceptical having known nothing about this company so I reached out via email. I received a phone call from Jamie-Leigh Gormley who was very knowledgeable about my case Jamie was very patient to answer all my questions and helped me to understand and was not pushy at all with anything. This gave me a positive impression and I decided to go with Simon Adams because of Jamie’s professionalism and courtesy and what a great decision it turned out to be. I have had claims with the FSCS myself in the past and they have taken 12 months to 2 years Jamie got me my money back within a month and couldn’t do enough for me I know you may consider that it’s Jamie’s job to do this but the time and effort put into my case makes me feel it’s more of a passion and I hope Jamie can get some recognition for all her hard work I know I have given a good account of Jamie but just to confirm and remove all doubt I have never Jamie we are not related and this is the only encounter we have ever had. If possible do please reward Jamie for all her hard work she’s a credit to your company.
