Would absolutely recommend

Great customer service experience with Jessica. Installation was quick and efficient, they worked around my availability. Wifi package is reasonable price seeing as they are the only provider to give anything above 20MB in our building. Would 100% recommend.

Great wifi company

Been with the company for around a year now, never experienced any sort of technical issues or customer service issues. Team are super helpful and always respond super quickly!

Elite Connect is excellent

Unreliable Service and Privacy Concerns - Not Recommended

I recently moved into a new apartment where Elite Connect's broadband was already installed. As someone who works from home and relies heavily on a stable and fast internet connection for remote work, I was initially optimistic about using Elite. However, my experience with their service has been disappointing, to say the least.

I have been a loyal Vodafone customer for years and rarely faced issues with their service. A few days ago, I experienced a rare downtime with Vodafone, which prompted me to try out ELite since it was already available in my apartment. Unfortunately, I quickly discovered that Elite was not an immediate solution—it took 24 hours to activate, by which time Vodafone had already resolved its issue.

From the very beginning, there were red flags. I received the Wi-Fi SSID and password via email, which struck me as unusual. But the real problems began when I started using the service. The information on their website and the pamphlet provided in my apartment claimed that the package I subscribed to would offer symmetrical speeds—150 Mbps upload and 150 Mbps download. However, after running speed tests over the past three days, I’ve consistently experienced upload speeds of only around 10 Mbps, and the download speeds fluctuate wildly between 50 Mbps and 200 Mbps. The inconsistency is extremely frustrating.

Things got even stranger when I attempted to change the SSID and password on the router to something more convenient for my devices. Ten minutes after making the change, the Wi-Fi network disappeared, and when I rebooted the router, it had reset to the original SSID and password that were emailed to me. This was alarming.

I reached out to Elite’s support team to clarify this situation, and their response was deeply concerning. They informed me that they could see that I had changed the SSID to "*****- NEW WIFI NAME" and were monitoring network traffic in and out of my router. This raises significant privacy concerns—how is it possible for them to see this information? When I pressed them on this, they explained that they implement a remote configuration system to monitor and manage routers across the UK. However, I was never informed about this invasive level of monitoring, and it makes me question the security of my connection.

To summarise: the service speeds are nowhere near what was promised, the support line is unresponsive (though email replies are relatively quick), and the privacy implications of their remote management system are unsettling. For now, I’ve decided to stick with the reliability I know—Vodafone. I would advise others to think carefully before choosing Elite, especially if you value speed, consistency, and privacy in your internet service.

Poorly conducted company

Poorly conducted company, failed to provide a quality service, had to just buy another phone with an alternative provider, cost me a 4 week work loss & are refusing to terminate my contract yet failed to provide a quality service despite me giving them a second chance.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. Jessica Barry is abrasive and rude, never apologising for any mistakes made by the company.

Very dodgy hidden prices (they make you pay before you get a contract)

If you have another option, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great service with Elite Connect

Great service with Elite Connect. My home was already fixed with Elite Router when I rented the space. I was quite skeptical initially because I had not heard of them. But they gave me a good offer so I decided to try it. I have not regretted using their WIFi broadband services. It was a hitch free seamless connection as well. Their customer service is top notch.
They reply to your email promptly and get your issus resolved. The only time we had a downtime in the Internet was ONCE in the year and that was rectified immediately they were notified.
I am glad I gave it a go. Thank you for your continuous support

amazing!!

just moved into a new apartment and this was the broadband offered. it was installed on our first day and is probably one of the best broadbands we’ve ever used - super fast and not laggy like other ones we’ve had in the past.
the guys who installed were super helpful and sweet and would honestly recommend them to anyone looking for a new broadband.:))
