First Ladies only boxing session is amazing, the trainers made me feel welcome 🤗
They work you hard but no pain no gain, came out feeling exhilarated and looking forward to my next session.
So glad I had the courage to turn up and worked hard. Would definitely recommend to anyone from beginner to advanced they catered for all and genuinely want to empower women to find their best selves 🫶🏻

Been going for just over a year now, definelty my favourite boxing gym I have trained in. Coaches are personable and supportive but also push me to my limit every session. Classes are well organised.

I attend the ladies class on my own and it’s really challenging but I feel better after doing it as I keep returning 😂

I recently had an incredible boxing training session that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I stepped into the gym, I could feel the energy and dedication in the air. The workout was intense and had me sweating from start to finish, which is exactly what I was looking for. Not only did it push me physically, but it also prepared me mentally for future training sessions. The instructor was knowledgeable, motivating, and made sure I was giving it all I had. I left feeling accomplished and excited to return for another session. I recommend.

Elite is a great gym. Very welcoming and have had a laugh from as soon as I started. Every session is different and you are always learning new things while they keep it fun.

I have just had my first session at Elite with John Armstrong and can’t thank him enough.

It is the incredible people that make Elite the absolutely outstanding boxing gym in the Bolton area. It’s a must for anyone simply looking to condition their body without getting injured or those wanting to embed the art of boxing in a safe, supportive environment.

Nobody is made to fight or do anything they don’t want. You will train hard, hone skills and be in safe hands with a team who know exactly what they’re talking about at Elite Boxing Gym.

I moved into the area from Manchester as a complete stranger. I discovered Elite Boxing after searching for local strength training/martial arts. In particular I wanted a complete sport that would see me develop mental agility as well as physical conditioning and endurance. Initially, I read the Trustpilot reviews and also followed the gym on Instagram to get an insight. It was the professionalism, humility and warmth that shone through.

I walked in on my own, a bit anxious to be honest. I have trained four sessions at time of writing, which includes my free taster. I’ve been completely blown away by the respect, courtesy and generosity with which I was treated. After Sam took my first session I knew the Elite Boxing Gym was for me. Over the phone I have been ably assisted by Leanne who is the kindest and politest person to have in the office.

I feel part of the Elite family already. Whether it’s the trainers or boxers (that’s past and current fighters), the lads and lasses create an environment for you to develop a host of skills. People will actively come and introduce themselves, chat, smile and have a laugh.

Whatever your age, gender, colour, status, ability, fitness or bravery, abandon your preconceptions, open your mind and be assured you will find a warm welcome. You will absolutely be respected, treated with dignity, train to your outer limits and learn first hand that boxers possess incredible humility.

Take a deep breath, come down, stay and get involved so you can become an even better version of yourself.

Great boxing gym. A good mix of people at different levels in the group sessions. A safe environment with high quality coaches. New comers are frequent and always treated with respect by everyone in the gym, which I really like. Ego's are left at the door and everyone is there purely to learn and help each other. The sessions themselves fantastic. I've seen massive improvements in my own ability in a relatively short period of time.

Brilliant boxing gym. Its a graft but worth it and coaches are all top. Maz especially who's taught me loads as a beginner. Definitely recommend to anyone considering coming down, best thing I've done for myself.

Couldn’t recommend Elite boxing highly enough. It’s life changing! The coaches are brilliant & it doesn’t matter what level of boxing or fitness you’re at! There’s always a great atmosphere in the gym & everyone gets on well & looks after each other! Don’t put it off get down there!!

Cannot recommend this gym enough. The instructors are great, and they cater for all experiences.

I am a beginner but after a couple sessions I have learned so much. The other people who train there are really helpful too. They constantly help me with my drills and combinations.

The only negative for me personally is that I didn't come here years ago.

I’ve been training at elite for several years now. Classes are well organized, tailored to your needs and intense. The coaches are all experienced and passionate about boxing, this makes for an encouraging environment and community that is great to be a part of. People come from miles around to train at elite and there is a reason for that. They cater to everyone who wants to learn, be it you are 70 or 7 years old beginner or pro. Sign up and stick with it you will not regret it. Personally I can say since training at elite my confidence levels and mental fortitude have changed dramatically as well as my strength and fitness. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
