Elite boxing was recommended to us and it didn’t disappoint. My daughter had a one to one session, due to her being really anxious, and she loved it. The coaches were really encouraging and supportive. She now looks forward to it.

Not been for a few weeks but what a gruelling session I had this morning with Sam just what was needed....pushed and encouraged every step of the way... made to feel comfortable too...keep doing what you guys are doing 👌🏽

I have trained at elite for years, every session is brilliant, all the staff are friendly and the atmosphere of the gym is brilliant, i would recommend elite boxing for anyone.

As an amateur boxer from Spain who recently moved to the UK, I had the opportunity to try out various gyms in the area. However, it wasn't until I discovered Elite Gym that I found the perfect fit. Elite Gym stands out as the best gym in the UK in my opinion. The gym is equipped with top-notch facilities and boasts a team of exceptional coaches who possess extensive knowledge in boxing.

I highly recommend Elite to anyone looking to improve their boxing skills or fitness level. It has been a game-changer for me, and I am grateful to have found such a fantastic training facility in the UK.

I used to go to Elite many years ago but due to injury I had to stop going which I was gutted about.

I rejoined in April 2023 and it’s been the best decision I’ve made. Elite Boxing is the best gym around and the only place I’ve ever been where I actually enjoy working out. So much so that my partner also joined and absolutely loves it.

The coaches are top class and push you to get the best results whilst also being understanding of any existing injuries.

The banter in the gym sets it apart from any other place I’ve been, you can go and have a laugh but also work hard to achieve your fitness goal.

Great morning session ran by Boothy, I’ve never boxed before until a couple of weeks ago. He passed on good knowledge, got us on the pads and showed me how to throw combinations and roll shots. He also taught me how to use energy efficiently by showing me breathing techniques whilst throwing shots.
He’s a top trainer and made me feel welcome within the other boxers who more experience than me

Everything you want it to be . . Catering from simple fitness through to competitive boxing and even up to potential World Champs ! Professional throughout and also friendly and non intimidating to beginners or boys or girls wanting to improve their confidence etc. Great facilities and up to date equipment with the best team of coaches in Bolton 👏👏👏

Had my first boxing session today at elite boxing and the trainers are really friendly, encouraging and supportive with what you want to do and what your goals are, would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to start training/ fitness ... Fantastic for your mental wellbeing aswell 👍

First time at Elite Boxing last week. I had a 1-2-1 with coach Gaz. I've not been in a gym properly for years so was a bit daunting, however was made to feel very welcome as soon as I got through the doors. Gaz was top notch with constant encouragement. As a result I went back and had my first group session today with coach Harry. Again top notch and no pressure, just encouragement. All the staff are very welcoming, including Leanne at reception. They go above and beyond for the community aswell as providing great services for mental health. Back in a couple of days and will be buying a membership. Top gym.

First time at the ladies class. Felt so welcome, class explained really well, music to match the class. Feel absolutely brilliant, bit worried for how I’ll feel tomorrow but can’t wait to get back next week.

Very unfit and not been to a gym for years, raring to get back into it.

A boxing gym can be an intimidating place even for the most confident person but the boys at this gym welcome you with open arms!

Class gym, trainers are all sound and great teachers. Brilliant atmosphere everytime I come out I can't wait to get back in there and the lads who train are all friendly and helpful aswell. Can't fault

Been attending Elite now for over 2 years, training both boxing and Muay Thai and I have not a bad word to say. The classes are great and have enjoyed every one since starting there! Shout out to Simon too, the Muay Thai 1 to 1’s with him are great if you want to improve your skills/technique

I had my first session at Elite Boxing today. I was coached by Simon and what a session it was! Plenty of variety and encouragement, and sensible goals.
I chose boxing because I thought it would be fun to get fitter while learning a new skill, even at 64. I chose well.

Team was amazing, welcomed my 2 lads for their very first session helped them out massively with coaching and tweaking things. Which was perfect keep up the work and we will be back

A good atmosphere very welcoming was my first time yesterday and I’ve just booked again for next week really good boxing gym👍
