The wine fridge arrived at the appointed time and the crew carefully unpacked it and placed it where we wanted it.
However the continental plug was impossible to fit into the adapter provided. Fortunately my husband was able to overcome this by dismantling the adapter and reassembling it with the plug inserted.

Having bought the wine aging cabinet it was delivered precisely on time by a team of two who installed it, removed the old cabinet and took all the packaging materials with them.

After being let down by another company that kept we waiting for a wine fridge that I ordered several weeks prior, Cherry and Elite Fridges were the opposite of that experience. What impressed me most was the knowledge that Cherry had about the products and a couple of questions on aftercare. Delivery firm were superb too. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

She answered every of my question, prior to and after delivery, in a polite, timely and informative manner. Delivery went smoothly and just as described.

Cherry was excellent, she was more than willing to help and arranged for an easy fix to my issue with detailed instructions. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rang up with a very tight deadline for a birthday surprise and was assisted very ably by Hayley the Operations manager to makes sure the delivery got there in time and to also keep a surprise.
