If I could give LEA ten stars, I would. Every stage of dealing with LEA has just been great. I wish all companies gave the same level of service.

After placing our order we had a call from Michael within a couple of hours. He gave a very clear view on likely delivery timescales and said he'd speed things up if he could.

We were called again with a delivery update. Then two more when the item was due to be delivered. We also requested our old fridge be collected and that was sorted out too very promptly by Gareth.

The delivery guys - Reg and Sean - were also excellent. Unpacking and installing the fridge and taking the packaging away. They couldn't have been friendlier.

Oh, and the fridge was delivered a week earlier than originally stated.

We'll be customers for life. LEA were that good.

Reg and Sean called in advance about the delivery time and they arrived on schedule.
They were polite and helpful and on both deliveries they were very respectful.
Michael in the showroom and his colleagues were informative and helpful.

The website is really informative and easy to use, prices are very competitive, the people I spoke to in the sales department were very pleasant and helpful, delivery was easy to arrange and turned up exactly at the time they said they would and the two delivery guys, Sean and Neil, could not have been more helpful. Would thoroughly recommend.

We chose our appliances months ago, from choosing paying & getting onhand knowledge & reassurance from the sales team, everything went really smoothly & Long Eaton Appliance Centre kept them in storage until we were ready to have them delivered. The day finally come for us to welcome our shiny new appliances into our new kitchen extension.
The delivery drivers came to us at our chosen date & time. They'd had a very busy day, but they were superb, professional, respectful & very courteous. All appliances went in, just the American fridge freezer had to have its doors removed, but nothing was too much trouble & Sean & Neil took them off & refitted them once through the door.
We couldn't be more happier with the service from start to finish & I would fully recommend Long Eaton Appliances to everyone.

The first time they came the machine was faulty. They promised to come as soon as a new dishwasher came in. Gave the day it would come into stock and it was installed the same day

Staff in sales room were very polite and helpful.
Richard, the fitter, rang to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant, efficient, checked all was working ok and explained things very clearly.

Richard came and fitted a semi integrated dishwasher, a few small issues when fitting it but this was easily sorted by Richard.

Professional and friendly service today from sean end Neil

I could not praise Reg and Sean enough for the quick and easy job they did on installing our new fridge/freezer and it was not an issue when they took the old one away. Great guys and very accommodating when answering any questions thrown their way.

Two lovely men Reg and Sean delivered my kitchen appliances they were brilliant. Very polite, checked the parcels and asked where I store the items. What a credit to the company they both are.

The salesman Micheal was extremely helpful in sourcing my items and made me feel at ease every step of the way!

I will be using this company for more appliances in the future *****
