We have been trading for over 25 years and in that time, we have amassed extensive knowledge on the large number of appliance brands and kitchens we sell. The guys in the shop were helpful told me about the product I was buying checked the specifications that I was looking for the guys on delivery were amazing went over and above with what needed to be done and the communication was fantastic all the way through.

You took £1000 on my credit card
500 for a freezer you did not have and another £500 for the freezer I ordered
When I asked for the money l was told tesco had already processed the transaction
So I had to pay £1,000 for you mistake and all I got was it was tescos fault. when you should not have taken the money in the first place

We have just had our appliances delivered from Long Eaton Appliance, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.
From the very first day we visited the showroom, the service was exceptional. The team were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient, taking the time to understand our requirements and provide genuinely useful advice on the appliances we were considering. We never felt pressured and felt confident that we were making the right choices for our new kitchen.
From placing the order through to delivery, everything has gone amazingly smoothly. Communication and service have been excellent throughout.
A special mention to Reg and Sean, who delivered our appliances. They were friendly, professional and incredibly careful, taking great care with the appliances and their placement and checking that everything was in perfect condition before leaving.
It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, from the showroom team right through to delivery. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Long Eaton Appliance to anyone looking for appliances and, more importantly, a knowledgeable and reliable team to deal with.
