Agree with all those who say it is a scam. Order has been processing since 27 April. Several emails unanswered. No calls ring through.

Top-notch quality equipment at affordable prices. The treadmills are sturdy and perfect for my daily workouts.

Received my order in excellent condition and the quality of the dumbells exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

I never received my order. ‘Danielle Gregory’ on Live Chat told me it was delayed because DPD were on strike (per DPD website there were no delays or issues on their network) and when challenged, ‘Danielle’ terminated the chat. Neither of their phone numbers connects so no way to contact them. They give a “physical store” address in their FAQs but if you Google Earth it, it’s a residential property. So, buyers beware - this is either a spectacularly incompetent business or it’s a scam. Either way, you are probably better off buying your gym kit elsewhere.

SCAM
I ordered a set of dumbbells and received email confirmation. I've tried to use the online chat, email customer services, call the landline (doesn't work), call the mobile number (doesn't work). I've still not received the item.
It's disgusting how companies are able to get away with scamming people!

All 5 star reviews sound suspiciously similar and no way reflect my experience. There doesn’t seem to be customer service at all and products have never been received. This is not a legitimate shop.

I did not check the reviews before I bought something. No delivery. Both telephone numbers unavailable . No reply to web chat or email.
As previous reviews, It's a scam.

Scammers. My order was placed more than two weeks ago and has still not been delivered, even though on their website it says next-day delivery. The contact numbers on their website are not recognised when you call, and no one is responding on the instant chat on the website.

DONT YOU THINK ITS WEIRD ALL THEIR RECENT FAKE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ABOUT ‘ALTHOUGH MY ORDER WAS DELAYED’ and how ‘good and helpful’ their customer service is which it IS NOT ITS THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE.

They are uploading panic fake reviews trying to cover the bad and up their score so I have also reported to trust pilot!

THEY ARE WRITING THE REVIEWS THEMSELVES THEY EVEN LEFT A REVIEW FROM THEIR OWN ACCOUNT PROVING THEY ARE WRITING ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS THEMSELVES!!!

Ordered a treadmill in April. Got an email to say it will be dispatched on the 6th May and delivery no later than the 7th.

7th went by so I wrote an email asking when it would be delivered and I received ‘will be delivered Monday’ nothing else, no apology just that. No name, no kind regards.

I still have received no delivery info of who it’s coming by.

Monday has now been and gone and STILL no treadmill! I have emailed AGAIN.

NONE OF THE NUMBERS WORK ON THEIR SITE

Can’t imagine I’m going to receive a helpful reply! Will update the review when they do reply.

After reading the other scam reviews I have reported to trading standards and to companies house for a fraudulent LTD business

16th May - Still no reply and now completely ignoring my emails! Have had to contact the bank but paid on debit card so not hopeful. I’m so upset. I’ve lost £600 that I can’t afford to lose.

17th May UPDATE - Even though we paid debit card we contacted RBS and they have reverse charged the payment and refunded us. They have said they are now investigating this company and will pass info over to authorities. If you paid DEBIT still contact your bank they can help! 🫶🏽

Placed order on 4 May 2024. E Mail received to say order being processed.. Did live chat with supposedly a Danielle Gregory!! which advised order being sent by DPD, today, which is load of rubbish - not received order

Also tried landline contact number which rings but then is cut off. Mobile no is unknown

I will be contacting trading standards - obviously a scam😡😡

My experience with Elite Gym Store started off rocky with a delayed delivery, but their customer service team turned it around completely. They were communicative, understanding, and ensured my order arrived safely. The equipment itself is fantastic quality-worth the wait!

Despite a slight delay in receiving my order from Elite Gym Store, I was impressed by the level of customer service they provided. They were transparent about the issue and made sure I was kept update until my equipment arrived. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

I was hesitant to order from Elite Gym Store after reading about delivery delays, but their customer service team promptly addressed my concerns and provided regular updates until my equipment arrived. Great products and great service.

Item purchased. Order confirmed as being processed. Delivery date not confirmed. No reply to my email enquiry. Company (Barrier Shop UK LT) set up in March 2024 by a MR (MR?) LUCY JEANNETTE MILLAR HAGERY - SUSPECT COMPANY

Placed order on 01/05/24, promised same day dispatch, still nothing 12 days later. Different excuse every time I contact them. Have now realised it's a scam, getting a refund from my card company, avoid these people like the plague

I placed an order on the 26th April and still haven't received it. Emailed them and no response. Tried calling the landline number on their website and got the message that the phone may be switched off. The mobile number is not recognised and their online chat function doesn't work. DO NOT PURCHASE from this website

Despite a delayed delivery, the customer service team at Elite Gym Store was incredibly helpful and responsive. They kept me informed throughout the process, and my equipment arrived safely. Highly recommended!
