Tracy was our "guarding angel"…

Tracy was our "guarding angel" throughout the stress of dealing with three different technicians trying to solve our icemaker issue (the third one got it right while the first one came three times and the second one declared the refrigerator "toast". We love the refrigerator and weren't happy with the prospect of replacing it and Tracy went all out making sure all bases were covered by getting a third opinion. We now have ice thanks to Tracy and the third tech which turned out to be the charm.

Easy to sign up!

The policy seems like a great one and signing up for a longer term plan was easy. My agent, Jonathan, was helpful and clear about the coverages and answered all my questions fully.
As a new solo homeowner, it definitely makes me feel more at ease to have a comprehensive home warranty!
Can't comment on the claims process, of course but reading other reviews, looks like it's pretty straightforward.

Good Customer service experience

Went for a home warranty plan with Elite. Spoke to Nir who was very patient and attentive answering all my questions. No attempts to force you to buy like many others. Nir seems to keep pride in their customer service. Things were explained pretty well and also got an offer to continue at the same price for the next year as well.

I appreciate Nir listening

I appreciate Nir listening to me & my concerns. He didn't blast me texts & emails like other companies. He worked with me & the pricing, which was most important.
I have had home warranties with 2 other companies, so I am looking forward to dealing with an A+ rated company.

So far, so good!!

The enrollment process was easy! So far, that's all I have experienced, as I have not filed a claim yet, so I can't speak to that process. Steven was very helpful explaining cost options and service plan options. He took time to address all my questions and concerns.

The Kentucky Review

The company's BBB status A+ and the number of complaints filed versus other companies was my main reason for chosing Elite. Steven answered all questions and seemed very knowlegable about the product.

So far, So good!

So far, so good! Nir provided great customer service and answered all my questions. He was patient with me since I had comparison questions to our other home warranty service! After getting all my questions answered, it felt like we had been dealing with “highway robbery” with our other service. Their monthly fee, service call charge, the turnaround time of their contractors, and the length of time the serviced appliance/system is covered AFTER being serviced are in no comparison to what Elite is offering!
I hope EHW continue to prove to be the best switch!

Elite gathered the information pertaining to my issue, secured a plumber and text me regarding the appointment. The plumber was friendly and professional. This was my first claim and I am happy with the results.

Top notch - great customer service!

Wow! Filed our first claim with Elite Home Warranty. Great service from beginning to end. We suggested a couple of electrical companies in our area and Elite contacted one of them. They came out the same day. We had 3 dead outlets in 1 room. Electricians had to diagnose where the problem was and trace all the outlets & wall switches. Elite paid the hefty diagnosis fee. After a few hours, problem solved & everything was fixed! Couldn't be happier with Elite customer service!

After many hours of online shopping and research I was very impressed with Elite standing out from the rest. Nir called me immediately and was so helpful! Another 5 Stars for Elite Home Warranty

This is my second review of Elite Home Warranty, and the second 5-star rating. This time the issue was electrical, and the company's response was as fast as humanly possible, and the work was top-drawer. But what prompted me to do a second review was the service technician's comment that this is the only warranty company his electrical repair company will work for; all the other home warranty companies have proved to be unreliable and unresponsive, while Elite responds immediately. It's another validation of my own assessment: this company is just different from the others.
