The individual that I spoke with was beyond helpful and patient with my questions. I have always received great customer service when I call. My only complaint would be that it seems action is not taken by elite legal until I place the phone call to elite legal and push them to take the next action. This is no fault of the individuals who answer the phone. Perhaps a systemic follow up issue.

My concerns have not been addressed. Apparently my case was taken to court and I was sued. I called Elite to help me address this problem and the lawyer assigned to me couldn’t be bothered to help me. I now have a judgment against me and these people expect me to pay them by the 17th of this month. I’m on SS disability and cannot afford this. I was told I’d be called back and have not heard anything.

If I could give a no star I would. I have never received a phone call or update and have been with this group for over a year. I was served a summons and was sued for one of the credit cards $ 5678.00 plus court fees and have several now in collections. This company has done NOTHING. I have requested documentation as to what they have done on my case over the last year. I am waiting for that documentation so I know where I stand, because they NEVER call you to inform you. All you get is collection notices and summons. I was served a summons and had no choice to answer the summons on my own. I did get an attorney assigned from legalawgroup.com but at this point, I am going to settle before the court date and be done with this card. I have thousands still out there. My wife went with National Debt Relief one year ago and they are amazing! They call to update her and after one year in the program you are able to apply for a low interest loan and graduate from their program. They take the loan money and work with each credit card and pay them all off. Credit scores soared and has been such a good experience for her, as I sit here with collection agencies calling and harnessing me. I really don't care to have their response, as I have read all the ones they have submitted. They are not doing anything. As far as I am concerned they are a Scam Firm and you need to run as fast as you can to National Debt Collection and get the help you need.

How much time is needed? I’ve been with this company since may of 25 trying to give this company a chance! From reports that I have received only thing that showed was all my accounts were in collections nothing had been resolved whenever the employees called there was never any changes to my account
When I was first introduced to this program they sold it as debt consolidation and I had many credit cards but everything was in good standard my credit was good! Now all are in collections and two has filed suit against me! Tell me what else you want from me if I constantly have to pay out of pocket oh yeah they lowered my payment and in the new contract it states that if the customer is filed against we are responsible for paying. But this was never mentioned in the first contract that was signed they add new things in the contract without making you aware it has changed! When they mention to sign it was bc the payment changed and to agree with that. This company really is not a good thing
They put you in debt instead of helping. How am I suppose to pay over $400 a month and then still pay for the suits! And the attorneys they claim that is paid from my money doesn’t resolve the suit by having it dismissed, no they say you need to pay them wth! So don’t say I didn’t stay the whole contract when it is said that if I’m not happy with the service I can terminate and receive a refund from the initial start. If I stay any longer all the creditors would be suing me from failure of this company doing their job. As stated before I’m due a refund bc this company for over a year has not produce any satisfying results. It isn’t fair that they do this! So please Mr Owner give me my money back I’ve paid over $8000 with no results!

As is common with legal and advocacy-related work, results cannot be guaranteed, and timelines are often dictated by external procedures, statutory requirements, and third-party representatives. Many aspects of the process are beyond our direct control, and delays are not uncommon.
Due to client confidentiality, we cannot discuss the specifics of the case. We are able to, however, emphasize that the client elected to terminate the agreement prematurely. When services are discontinued prior to the completion of the agreed-upon scope of work, the desired results cannot and will not be achieved, as the process requires continuity and completion. By cancelling the work, the client did not allow us to continue our efforts to advocate fully on their behalf.
Our records confirm that we acted diligently and in good faith within the parameters of the agreement and the limitations inherent in legal and procedural matters. Accordingly, under the firm’s established policy, all fees paid to our firm are earned for work performed and are not refundable.
Both our agreement and client service have withstood scrutiny from consumer protection organizations, like the Better Business Bureau, because we are fair to our clients and work hard for them.
