I ordered a Christmas gift on the 9th of December, received a dispatch notice on the 16th, yet told on Christmas Eve the item wasn’t in stock and I will receive a refund in 3-5 working days! Would not recommend this company, do not order from them.
Superb Customer Service
Too often it's too easy to come onto platforms such as Trust Pilot and be a keyboard warrior, with line after line of negative feedback.
I had a problem with an order from Elite Pro Sports yesterday. I'd ordered two Kevin Sinfield shirts (well done Kev) and only one arrived. Like others I telephoned the number of the website, which wasn't answered (this could be an area for improvement). I also dropped an e mail and got a standard automated response. I thought that would be it, I wouldn't hear from EPS for days, not so......
Later yesterday I got an email from a person, Kathy, she agreed that the error had happened and had already got the second shirt in post. It arrived today, 24 hours after the issue arose. I just wanted to say thank you, it is an example of superb customer service, nice to have your faith restored in distance selling and even nicer to know there is a person at the end of the line sorting things out. Well done Kathy and EPS. I'll be back.
Absolutely diabolical company with…
Absolutely diabolical company with terrible customer service. I spent £258.89 on various Leeds Rugby League jerseys and items - for Christmas presents for my son and husband. We live in Queensland Australia but are from Leeds in UK. The total cost for shipping was £86. I diligently measured my son and husband and also their existing jerseys to ensure the correct size. However, when the items arrived one of the jerseys was far too small for my son. Joanna who finally answered my emails - as you cannot phone the company - no number (not a surprise) - asked me to provide evidence with a photograph and tape measure that the garment was incorrectly sized. I did this and it was in fact 2 inches smaller than the advertised size. She asked me to have the item sent back for a refund in original packing and to have it tracked - this cost me $48.55 or £24.50 and that the postage would be refunded if the item was the wrong size. Which it was. However, inspite of the £258.89 and £86 shipping I spent - all that was refunded was the jersey cost of £70.83. I have not had my £24.50 refunded for postage let along packaging. I had to chase up the refund once I was alerted to the item having been successfully delivered also. Shame on you Elite Sports making all that money out of overseas purchasers. Shame on you Leeds Rhinos for not compensating your loyal supporters. I will never buy from this company again. They are disreputable and making exorbitant profits. No wonder they have over 56% unsatisfactory complaints against them. Totally disgraceful and underhand. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM ONLINE.

When entering your address for the order, it never includes the house name, its a very poor website.

Great company, excellent products but better than that the service is brilliant. Responses are quick and any issues/problems are sorted very quickly. Would throughly recommend.

I chased up an order I sent back for exchange as I hadn’t heard anything back for a few weeks, the customer service I received via email exchanges was brilliant! Jo, very helpful, quick in their response and located my order for exchange to be sent back to me via express delivery! Very pleased!

Sorry to say my experience with Pro Sports (I won't use the word Elite as its a breach of trading standards to claim that) has been beyond poor.
Placed an order twice - shouldn't have bothered giving them a second chance.
1. First Order they accept as items in stock, I have to chase 10 days later to be told you have to cancel the order as items are no longer in stock.
2. Second Order they accept as items in stock - although I've have to size up both. They manage to send Doncaster Rovers Home Shirts (Red and White) rather than Doncaster Belles (Yellow and Blue)
Completely incompetent - Avoid

After a complete disaster in placing the order, due mainly to user error and Paypal crashing, the day ws saved by the Elite sport CS rep, who in my opinion went above and beyond not only to make sure the order was completed but also to take the time to explain me what had happened and why

Initially wasn't informed that my order would be fulfilled with 2 separate deliveries therefore when one turned up with only part of the order I had to email customer services to enquire. Joanna replied almost immediately with the information that it was 2 separate deliveries & that the second delivery was due today. Fantastic response & left me surprisingly happy that it was so quickly resolved. My only piece of constructive advice to Elite Pro Sports would be to give the information of more than one delivery would be made to fulfill the order. After reading a lot of negative reviews i was expecting the worst, but it turned out i was really impressed with the response! My last word that goes to Elite Pro Sports is this - your products are great, keep your customer service great too - customers just want clear information & good communication.
