Exceptional customer service
The customer service I have received from Eliteprosports has been exceptional. They respond promptly to any questions and resolve any issues experienced very quickly. The delivery is fantastic too, from ordering to receiving was within 2 days. All the people I have come into contact with have been so helpful.

My order has been lost by Yodel, they don't want to know and Elite Pro sports have advised me that they'll get back to me via e mail in the next 3-4 working days. I am now left without the product and my money. It's dreadful that you can't speak to anyone at either company. Disgraceful customer service.
Disappointed.
On December 4th last year I ordered a Leeds Rhinos replica shirt with name printed on the back for our grandsons Christmas present. The lead time for this was stated as 10 working days, however after 21 days the shirt had not arrived.
I contacted customer services twice during this period and was assured it would arrive in time for Christmas but it didn’t and we had one very disappointed grandson.
Contacting customer services again after Christmas I was given the old chestnut that the courier had lost it in transit but I was assured that a replacement would be dispatched by express delivery immediately and it was, arriving just in time for his birthday.
Sadly the quality of the printing on this shirt was so poor it was totally unsuitable and it had to be returned with a request for a full refund.
To the companies credit our refund was credited as soon as the return was received which alleviated the stress of the situation somewhat but did not solve the problem of our grandson’s belated Christmas/birthday present.
To avoid further disappointment to our grandson at great inconvenience and expense I drove from Cheshire to the Leeds Rhinos shop in Headingley to purchase the replica shirt and a delightful young lady personalised it with our grandsons name.
No credit to Elite Pro Sports we now have one very happy grandson.
This brings to mind the old adage.
If you want a job doing properly do it yourself and don’t trust Elite Pro Sports.
Absolute joke
Absolute joke, ordered a leeds rhinos shirt and Gloucester shirt for my sons Christmas presents. Arrived today, 2 Leeds shirts and no Gloucester shirt. What do I do now? You're closed now for Christmas, how can you be so careless? No contact number. Never using you again!

This is the second time in seven months they have picked and delivered an order that is not per my request. Really bad.

Shoddy
Shoddy, shoddy, shoddy. Shoddy quality products, shoddy timelines, shoddy customer service. EPS supply Gloucester Centre of Excellence rugby kit which young players (parents) are obliged to buy at great expense. The clothes take two weeks or more to arrive and there have been numerous cases of the ironed-on club logos peeling off (Primark do a better job than this) within days. Shorts should have two logos on the front and back, but EPS have managed to get this wrong on some shorts whereby one of the front logos is on the back and the one of the back logos is on the front. I can't send them back because of their turnaround times as my daughter cannot be without her shorts. However, on the 28th September, I returned a hoody to EPS (they signed for it on the 29th) for exchange to a larger size. Their website advises that they will send out exchange items within 10 working days after they receive them (not much of an aspiration!), but I have just had to send them a chaser on the 20th October, 16 working days (or 22 "real" days) later to ask where the new hoody is. I don't write reviews about companies and I am certainly not an internet troll, but I am stunned by the shoddiness of this company that has clearly blagged its way into being a provider for some professional clubs and then sits back to enjoy annoying their captive market.
Promised a full refund, they did not deliver
I ordered a singlet, it was faulty, I suspect a factory design. I sent proof of this to gain a refund.
I had to pay for postage to return the goods (not a good sign) but its a small company and obviously not high tech.
I was promised I would be fully refunded for the return postage, the singlet and postage paid to get it to me.
Eventually (and I had to get the CEO involved) I was refunded....apart from, you guessed it the return postage.
I queried it and was told you could have the refund via PayPal which I don't have or a voucher for £4.99 off my next purchase with them, I don't think so.
Apparently they do not have the ability to refund the postage to the card I paid for it with, which is the same card I made the original purchase with...hence the high tech company comment.
Basically a company run by chancers, who fleece customers and renege on their promises.
My advice.....avoid, look at the other reviews we cant all be wrong.
I have opened a Visa dispute today to get the owed postage back from this company
Great service
Got some rugby boots from them last week and they’re the most comfortable pair of boots I’ve ever bought. Finally a pair of boots that actually have a bit of width on them and don’t compress your feet down, and can be worn straight away. Delivery only took about 3 days from placing order.

Just very poor Custiomer Service. Have been charged twice now for paying for the best delivery service, to be given the worst and the kicker? You can'\t phone them, it can only be done by email on their site, and up to 4 business days until they get back to you. Were it not for the fact I had to use them, I'd nevcre darken their website again. Caveat Emptor

Quick enough too take your money, too slow too respond to emails, No phone number(s) to contact! trading standards should look into this company! In the way they operate!!

Really disappointed that Elite Pro sports sold to me, a England RL singlet, at full price, when within days a new England RL singlet was available and at a cheaper price.

Disgraceful service
Ordered a personalised Gloucester shirt for my son for Christmas present on the 3rd of December. Chased the order on the 17th as we had not received and were told they were out of stock, but they would refund us. This has left us no time to order a replacement elsewhere and had we not contacted them we would have had no idea there was an issue. Disgraceful service and a ruined Christmas present. Hopefully Gloucester will move their kit sales to a more reliable distributor in the future and we can buy again. Wouldn’t use you lot again in a month of Sundays.
Worst customer service ever
Ordered a Leeds Rhinos Hoodie XL. The despatch note confirmed XL, but they actually sent a Small! You can’t contact them by phone, so emailed their customer service address, and after no reply for 4 days, it bounced back. The worst customer service ever.

Poor customer service, left the security tag in it, alarm went off i looked at them and they said it was ok to leave.
Had to go back in later that day, no appology.

Shoddy service
Placed an order for a baseball cap and they sent wrong one, advised them I would keep it as I couldn’t be bothered with hassle of returning item but still wanted the one I ordered so they offered free delivery so I re ordered but price had increased but I thought at least I’m getting free delivery! And guess what they sent exactly the same item again, not impressed and certainly won’t use them again once I have resolved this
