Elite Realty Connect Sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw-based real estate and relocation company providing a full range of property services for students, professionals, families, international residents, landlords, property owners, and investors. We assist clients with property rentals, apartment purchases, property sales, investment opportunities, property management, tenant placement, relocation support, and other real estate-related services across Warsaw. Our rental portfolio includes rooms, studios, apartments, and premium residential properties in areas such as Mokotów, Śródmieście, Ursynów, Ochota, Wola, Bielany, Praga, Bemowo, Białołęka, Żoliborz, and other well-connected districts. For tenants, we support the entire process — from selecting a suitable property and confirming availability to arranging viewings, preparing rental documentation, managing reservations, and coordinating move-in arrangements. For clients relocating from abroad, we also offer remote booking support and, where applicable, accommodation documentation needed for university, visa, and residence-related procedures. For property owners, we provide support with marketing properties, finding and screening tenants, coordinating rentals, managing communication, and ongoing property management. For buyers and investors, we assist with identifying suitable properties, evaluating opportunities, coordinating the purchase process, and supporting clients through the different stages of acquiring real estate in Warsaw. We also work with owners who want to sell their apartments or investment properties, helping with presentation, marketing, client enquiries, negotiations, and transaction coordination. Our goal is to make real estate transactions simpler, clearer, and more efficient. We believe clients should understand the costs, contract conditions, deposits, commissions, and important property details before making a decision. Elite Realty Connect works with both Polish and international clients and provides assistance in English and Polish. Whether you want to rent, buy, sell, invest, relocate, or have your property professionally managed, our team is here to help you navigate the Warsaw real estate market. Elite Realty Connect Sp. z o.o. — your connection to real estate in Warsaw.

Little more than middlemen

Little more than middlemen who take a commission to pass you onto another landowner, who is really another room-rental and property-management company you could talk to directly.

They provide no services for said commission. For any actual services, they charge more on top.

Skip them, go directly for other companies or landlords.

Hi Tom, thank you for your feedback. We take every review seriously. We couldn’t find a booking or enquiry under this name or email, so we’d really like to understand what happened. Please contact us at eliterealtyconnectpl@gmail.com with your booking details, and we’ll look into it personally.

For clarity, our commission covers finding and verifying the room, arranging viewings, preparing a bilingual lease (PL/EN) and supporting clients until move-in. Optional services, such as airport pickup or residence registration, are priced separately and clearly in advance.

Kind regards,
Kudzai Lawrence, CEO, Elite Realty Connect sp. z o.o.
