We offer student Accomodation in preston and student houses in preston. All of our houses are within a short walk from Uclan and all have parking with shops and amenities nearby. We offer all bills included and unlimited super fast broadband so your gaming, movies or video calls can go uninterrupted all night and day as long as you wish. Our houses are all kept up to date with high end luxury finishes and interior design finishes. We modernise our houses every year making sure to keep up with any new trends and colours. All beds are doubles so lots of room to chill in bed all day long when your off or just can’t face lectures. Smart TVs in all houses with comfy sofas you will not want to get up from. We own all the houses in our portfolio so you are dealing direct with the landlord which allows us to give you the best service. So no worrying about repeating yourself to letting agents staff we run a very small team who have all been with us for many years. We are fully accredited landlords of preston city council and are registered HMO license holders. We are also fully accredited by Unipol the national code of student housing. We recently won the prestigious landlord of the year award from the UCLAN students union an award voted for by Uclan students which makes it even more rewarding. Amazing experience
I've had a great experience with Letpads, everyone I've spoken to are friendly, any issues we've had in our house have quickly been resolved and we are always kept up to date with any ongoings to do with our house. I could not be happier with the service provided!
