Outstanding service. An engineer was on site within a couple of hours of our SOS call for broken down display units. He worked solidly for three hours to rectify the faults, was able to arrange for the spare parts he needed to be delivered to the site. The cost of repairs was very competitive. I would absolutely recommend this local company.
Great communication, on time, fantastic work. The installation was at a remote site location where I was not, but the crew was helpful and communicated during the install to ensure it was done perfectly. Highly recommend.
We switched to Elite, for our air conditioning requirements, a few years ago, after poor performance from our previous supplier. They were like a breath of fresh air. They care about what they do and are very professional. They investigate problems and discuss the options and risks of repair, rather than just say "scrap it and buy a new one", which our old supplier did. Their detailed maintenance and service program has saved us significant money because of fewer breakdowns and replacements. Their engineers come in, do repairs, installations or servicing with minimal effect on our day to day running and they leave the place as clean and tidy as it was when they arrived.
They have just completed a significant installation for us and I'm very pleased with it.
