They claim to have professionals but I found none. The “matches” were not at all matches. Not worth the money. Don’t bother.
When complaining/advising why I cancelled they didn’t even respond to the email instead responded with a generic email.

My account was blocked for 'inconsistencies' but the company won't tell me what they are. They instead asked for ID- my passport or driver's license. I asked them to let me know what inconsistencies they found but the answer was that they could not disclose this due to policy. It boggles the mind that a website will demand more personal information from you but not explain why and instead hide behind 'policy'. If inconsistencies are found you'd think they'd give their customer the benefit of doubt to clarify without just blocking the account and then demanding ID. Nothing was inaccurate/ false on my account by the way, so I don't know what the hell these inconsistencies were.

I can't log in to my account. I have already asked them to pay me for the time I have been connected and return the rest of my money but the communication is horrible, no one tells me anything else.
Stay away from Elite singles

Some decent men on site, but no matches.

I appreciate all the time I was with EliteSingles.
Everyone I chatted with were very kind and polite. I wasn't a member 24 hrs. but I enjoyed my experience.

They refunded my money after 3 days of enduring a plethora of fake profiles. Crypto cranks and bot generated photos that had no one on the other end. It’s just another dating app scam.

Update for my previous review saying that Cust. Care little Merlyn closed my account without giving any explanations. Here, on Trust Pilot Elite replied to me apologising and saying to contact again them. I did. Result ? SAME Merlyn sent me back SAME answer.

Total waste of time and money. Not a single person was for real. All scammers. This site is a complete joke. Save your money

I would suggest totally revamping the site. Not at all what I expected, especially for a paid dating app. Every "match" was a scammer/fake acct and in 2 days I recv'd two warnings not to engage with someone the site matched me with. The so-called matches were states away, sometimes even in Canada! And the location of these matches kept changing, first being a small nearby town, and then suddenly in a lrg city like NY.

Full of scammers. Right from the beginning the only real contacts were scammers. I don't know if ANY of the profiles were real.

Well I had to contact customer service to get my intake profile approved as it rejected every one and I don’t know why. Got that fixed then I get an email saying there’s a possible scammer who reached out to me and most of the people I’ve gotten some type of contact from have been out of state. I want to cancel my account as I do not feel Elite Singles has done anything to help me

Absolutely abhorrent site, lots of fake accounts that seem real and attempt to add you on whatsapp. They do this to scam you. If you cancel services there is no refund, especially if you do it as soon as you join or pay. I would never recommend this any single friends. It is a very dangerous site.

Out of a dozen contacts, 3 were complete scams. If you use this site, use extreme caution and reverse search the profiles and be very suspicious.

This site is scam. No responses. Full of scammers. Matter of fact I got a phone call that I was accuse of fraud. The bank even closed out all my bank account. It not worth the money and time being with elite singles. Nothing but fake profiles and scammers. I got email telling I was chatting with a scammer.

My answer to your reply below it’s generic the same you write to everyone without any remorse or intent to rectify the issue or even an attempt to refund the money for services you can not provide , I have to go thru the credit disputes or even small claims court to recover the money that you refuse to refund
EliteSingles it’s a scam indulging in scamming people out of their money just like your false accounts on your dating site

Poor selection of real matches and they billed me for another 3 mos when I cancelled the same day they billed it without a warning. Asked for refund and they said no cancellation after billed.

DO NOT JOIN – SHOCKING!!! I don't even want to give them 1 star!

I joined on February 12th and paid £79.99 more fool me. They blocked my account 2 days later saying there were inconsistencies?? To unlock my account, I have to send them a photo of me holding my driving licence or passport??

For the 2 days I was actually on there, rubbish matches no where near where I live. The only reason I joined was because I saw an article in the Daily Telegraph writing about them and their Elite services – not the case at all, and nearly 1000 reviews on trust pilot to say the same thing!

Thankfully I paid on my credit card and my bank are getting the monies refunded on my behalf.

Facebook dating is free and so much better!!!

Worst site ever, so many fake profiles its ridiculous I literally haven't seen 1 real profile yet out of 150 matches, would like a refund

My accocunt was blocked because of my several times of correction of my self description.

I am a new paid membership on Elitesingles and I am a perfectionism. Last Sunday I got time to correct all my spelling and gammar mistates because Engilsh is my second language and also adjusted the sequence of self description for several times but kept the same content. The team blocked my account suddently on Monday early morning, without any warnings and informing! I contacted the customer service and was told they noticed my information was inconsistent and blocked my account and asked me to provide my ID or passport documents. I have been very upset and hurted because I value honesty and sincerity and never lied, all my information are real. But I was treated badly and unfairly.
I kept asked the team to provide the evidence that shows my information is inconsistent, but they just neglected and still blocked my account. And I applied for a refund, I still have not received any response.
How can I get help under this situation? I am very angry about this, it's really hurtful and unfair!

Just like I met a scammer, I was cheated to pay for the membership for 6 months, then after 1 week, my account was blocked without any breaching rules and without any evidence showing my information is inconsitent, I just tried veveral times to correct and upgrade my profile writing. I lost the service and lost my money because they just ignored my numorous application for a refund or other solutions.

Is it helpful to report my suffering from EliteSingles to ACCC Australia?

Till now, nobody from EliteSingles takes responsibility for my loss which caused my account has been blocked for more than 40 hours. No matter I wrote numerous emails to ask for support from EliteSingles customer service, nobody has responded to my application relating to show me evidence or apologies for their fault!
