All of the Elite Sports team were brilliant from booking through to the event itself. My wife booked the Super Bowl 54 trip as a 60th birthday present for me and every question we had was answered quickly and thoroughly. I was even sent a couple of presents by the team. We were met with a friendly welcome at the airport by all of the team and even though there were problems with the original transfer arrangements the team sorted us out with a paid for taxi to take us to and from the hotel. Whilst in Miami the team arranged some fine events, including a meet and greet evening with ex players and presenters, and were all available to talk to if need be which made the whole trip stress free. We would certainly use EST again. Thank you to all concerned.

Booked 12 months in advance for the Super Bowl 2020 in Miami. From the get go everyone I spoke to (mostly Ben) were amazing and intent on helping me get the very best surprise 60th present for my husband. They were as invested as myself in ensuring he got the best experience from the reveal to match. Booking was easy and very clear, even suggesting additional event experiences and sourcing tickets needed. We received some amazing inclusive merchandise before and there.
There was a welcome drinks event at which we met other like minded fans. There was a talk then meet and greet with the knowledgeable guests ( being a non American football follower I didn’t know them but hubby was well chuffed)
The ELite guys met us at the airport and from then on made us feel very special, attending to any of our needs and enquires.
Overall such a wonderful ( and extremely busy) 4 days and a forever memory making experience. The only negative was having to make our own way to & from the event, (no transport laid on) forgetting that it’s not the UK and public transportation was non existent, getting there was ok (Uber) getting home however cost us - luckily we had just enough cash on us for the private cabs, but we had to walk and wait an hour and a half in hope of a driver going out to south beach & the hotel. At the end of a long and hot day it soiled the experience at the time.
However over all the Elite Experience was 5* and would recommend them to anyone looking for that little extra added to your sporting event experience.

I booked in November 2019 to go to Sri Lanka for 10 days to visit Kandy and then watch England in the 1st test match at Galle. The service I received from John McLellan was 1st class - from initial enquiry to many questions about the trip too. I was due to fly 15/3/20, however 2 days prior to flying I got the dreaded call from John to say that the ECB had cancelled the tour so the trip was cancelled. A huge disappointment, but John and Ben Welch (director of Elite Sports Travel) both kept me updated with information. Initially their trade body directed them to inform me to claim on my travel insurance, which I did but they declined my claim. I went back to Elite and after 2 months with them getting back costs from their suppliers, they finally were able to refund the full cost of the trip which was a welcome relief. I would definitely rebook once travel starts up again as they were at all times professional and provided a friendly service.

This was the second year running I have used this company to travel out to the super bowl, yet another great time out in America, with a great tourist destination and a great match, all the members of elite sports travel worked hard to make sure everything was in place and catered for, to make it another worthwhile trip. Hoping to make it three years running with this company due to the effort and adjustments they make to my holiday package whenever required.

I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Sports Travel. Friendly value for money service and the events they set up and host surrounding sports events second to none. I would definitely use them again and can only say that they made our experience amazing and one we will remember for the rest of our lives.

Outstanding trip of a lifetime experience attending Super Bowl LIV in Miami.

The team at Elite Sports were brilliant throughout the whole process from always keeping me updated regarding the booking of the match tickets, the meet and greet on arrival at Miami airport, the delivery of the tickets to myself and also put on a great night on the Friday for all guests.

All these little things really did make a difference and gave me piece of mind.

Outstanding experience going to the super bowl. My friend and I used Ben and his colleagues for a trip to the Super Bowl in Miami. I can honestly say that I cannot fault them. The booking process was spot on and a good example of their professional and attentive approach that continued whilst we were in Miami

Ben was a superb host, I have serious mobility and dexterity issues, and Ben couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating my needs. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elite Sports Travel again, and they come with my highest recommendation.

Elite sports travel were incredible. Our initial enquiry was about the cricket in New Zealand but then we asked for a bespoke package! Ben kept us informed every step of the way asking if we were happy with hotels, flights and transfers. He did an amazing job at putting in the itinerary everything we wanted to do, especially whale watching. We were sent a merchandise package that was amazing and a lovely touch just before we travelled. We had the best holiday, our first long haul, mainly due to not having to worry about a thing as it had all been taken care of. We stayed in some fabulous hotels all in walking distance of cafes, bars and attractions. The cricket wasn't too bad either! We would like to thank Ben and his team for making our time in New Zealand such a special one. I would highly recommend them.

Was disappointed with original travel company putting my friend and I in separate seats - as we were flying to Canada and returning from Washington this was not acceptable. Elite quickly sorted this issue for us.

Changes we needed before the trip were sorted out with no issues and once we were there anything we needed was arranged straight away. 5 stars every time!!
