Very slow response time (if any response) following order-related inquiry.

Elite tools had the product and was priced fair. I received the Oneida Dust Sentry Indicator ahead of the estimated date. I proceeded to install the indicator, had difficulty adjusting it. I called Oneida for support, spoke to "Chris" who who helped me make the level adjustment. I would like to give an extra "Thanks" to Chris for his knowledge and expertise. I would give Elite Tools a 5 out of 5.

I made an order 11 days ago. I had to call after a week to find out why I hadn't received it yet. Apparently batteries needed to come from warehouse. Someone should have contacted me.
I am still awaiting delivery and the carrier is taking way too long. I see package is still in Montreal four days after your company sent it out. Very disappointing and hard to get projects done . I could have bought elsewhere and received overnight shipping .
My package finally arrived , looking like it had been drop kicked a few times.
Kevin from Elite Tools called me and was very apologetic and concerned about my experience. He restored my faith in their commitment to good service. Thank you Kevin!

Buying a gift for my son, I know nothing about tools, website easy to follow, price was very competitive and I had a coupon applied because it was over $100 and free shipping, I called to check when it would be shipped. The lady who responded was polite and very helpful. Really good service!!

Received package 5 open business day after order ( not 24 to 72 hours as stipulated)

Order some glue and not well package in boxe so 1 bottle tip is broken and glue on product
Will have to see if i have a other bottle home i can recuperate tip because glue will dry

An issue with the returned item and them not communicating that only half of the value was refunded. Avoid at all costs.

Support is rude, delivery is long, some items are missing in the order. I do not recommend.
