The end result is nothing like the before / after photos

Aggressive Marketing. I had two consultation phone calls. Those were good. Then I was sent a bill over €400 in order to make an advance payment so that would confirm my dates for the operation. I was surprised to receive such bill since no specific date had yet been fixed nor a final price for the treatment had been negotiated at that stage.

I flew in from NY. It was a long flight but the flight was the toughest part of the journey. From the moment I landed, the service was amazing, we were greeted at the airport, drove us to the hotel. From the drivers to the hospital staff, everyone is super helpful and have patience.

I felt comfortable asking any and every question. I was a little anxious at first but it went away with the way I was treated. The procedure was fine. mild discomfort during the anestectic but it isn’t as horrible as people online try to make it seem. I would recommend this clinic 100%.

I always take online reviews with a grain of salt but here I am giving a positive review. They deserve it. They do great work. My friend recommended me come here and i’m glad I did. It also made me feel comfortable that the clinic is inside of a massive hospital. Its a nice hospital. And the hotel is really nice.

This is the most wonderful experience I’ve ever went through with EliteHair and Dr Balwi !!!!! From the receptionist to the Doctor himself, they have been the most profesional and amazing people I’ve ever deal with !!

I flew all the way from Miami, FL to here and I did not regret it at all. Everyone at ElitHair treated me like royalty and this is an experience I will never forget !!

Overall they did a decent job. But the doctor insisted to draw my hairline far back, which turned out too far back for my taste. That's the reason why i am doing another hair transplant at another hair clinic.

All transport from airport to hotel to hospital and back to airport is looked after.

Translator accompanied me through the hospital and put me at ease at all stages, was a massive help.

All medical staff were completely professional and the procedure and aftercare was very high quality.

Amazing Experience

from the beginning when picked up at the airport, to the operation all went very smoothly and the Doctor and the staff are very nice and gives you a lot of attention. The procedure was very well done and done in one day. Very worth it to do it at Elithair thinking of getting a hair transplant. I highly recommend it !!!

This has been a great experience from the moment I landed in Istanbul. To the sad moment of leaving in such a short time. I didn't expect that a piece of my heart will be left in here. These guys working at Elithair treated me like a family. All of them with a big smile and a passion for what they are doing. I even got to know some of them a lot closer I'd rather say we became friends in such a short time. It wasn't just a hair transplantation! More like a vacation with friends!. And dr. Balwi all I can say omg what a humble man who loves his job and at the same time he is amazing at it. No wonder why the atmosphere at the clinic is fantastic.

I’ve have been at the Elithairtransplant clinic in June 2020 but I had a not completely satisfied experience. The welcome (both at the airport and at the hotel) was warm but when I arrived at the clinic (for the first examinations, suggestions etc) there wasn’t in the main doctor (as I expressed asked before my appointment and I was assured about that) and a nice but “cold” lady suggested me hurriedly the best way to do my hair transplant, saying the next day “you’ll do the hair transplant”. Keep in mind that for the patients it is the first time and it is a transplant anyway: I can understand for her was “the routine” but maybe a more empathy and connection with the CUs is required.
The uncomfortable feeling was when the guy (someone with a admin role), asked (correctly) the payment: in this case I have highlighted (both by phone and email) them that I would have paid by bank transfer (as I paid the deposit) and not by cash or credit card (due to the expensive fees applied on it) and I was assured about that as well. Such a shame when I had to pay! The guy told me I could pay by bank transfer and I could go to a cash machine to withdraw the money. Only after more than 20 minutes of arguing, asking to call the head quarter in Germany , they allowed me to pay by bank transfer.
About the operation: I had the opportunity to deal with two amazing guys, they did their best to make me feeling comfortable during the whole transplant and even if it was a little bit (just a few!) painful, they were nice and professional. After the operation I had the medication, I bought some products and after two days I went home.
1 year has been passed, I was sufficiently satisfied about my new hairs (but in some area they are thin and not enough in my view… keep in mind I had more than 3000 grafts) but the wrong thing is the lack of any update/follow up by the clinic. No one - never- calls you back asking how was the transplant (except to the first days) and if need a consultation with the doctor (talking about the transplant) , they put you through to some Customer Care guys, without any medical knowledge.
My review isn’t good for this reason: the transplant was sufficient satisfied (but I sincerely expected more/better) but the lack of Customer Care, following a patient with some updates/follow up is a big fault.

I had a hair transplant in Elithairtransplant in the year 2019 Im from the UK, my hair was thinning at the front so I had about two thousands hair extracted from my back and the result was really amazing I was even given a guarantee certificate if something goes wrong so yeah that was reassuring, the doctor balwi was really amazing, hopefully I will go back again bc my hair is little bit thinning at top but its not very deep so I’m using minoxidil but if its get worse I know where I’m going To Elithairtransplant, thank you Dr Balwi and all the rest of team

Had a good time at Elithair in Istanbul! I didn’t get to see dr. Balwi, which I was a bit sad about but I got another doctor who was also well equipped.

Got a lovely lunch during the procedure, great transportation from airport to hotel to clinic. The translator was very nice and made sure I could get around with my questions.

For the competitive prices of Elithair I feel this is a very good option for a hair transplant in Instanbul!

I went in for a beard and hair transplant, the nurses were very nice!

Make sure you state your needs and be prepaired so the staff can help you the best way possible.

This was great from start to finish. My contract person was avalible at all time, before and during the trio. Nice personell and very helpful. I had a lot of pain after the transplant and at 9 oclock in the evening my contract person sent drivers to take me to the hospital for more medication. Medical team was also great and i think i will get a great result
