Had one of the best experiences. The staff are very professional and kind. They made sure I was comfortable and always looked out for me. The operation was smooth and painless. The hotel was also a 5 star hotel and the stay was just amazing. The breakfast menu is just too huge and is a great way to get your day started.

The airport pick and drop was really helpful as it helps you avoid any unnecessary scams that the local taxi drivers try.
The response after the surgery was great. Daniel did a great job in making sure everything was okay post surgery. I'm almost 2 months in and everything has been going really good so far.

The clinic is extremely good. The full staff is amazing. Nazir took care of me. He was very helpful and he answered my never-ending questions.

This is my second hair transplantation with Dr. Abdulaziz - as the first one was really successful and the results were really nice, and this was 6 years back and now I did the crown area and looking forward for beautiful results 😁

The overall experience is excellent from the arrival, all the way to departure!

They give the quality time to the patient and they hear to all comments and they give advises and recommendations.

Great experience, the stuff is helpful and very considerable. They take care of everything trying to keep you calm and relaxed. The explanation is very good as well as the after operation results.

I had a great experience with Elithair, all the time I stayed in Istanbul they really looked after me, since I arrived till I left the clinic. The doctors which operate me were really kind with me during operation. 4700 grafts. Now just wait to this new hair to grow up. Amazing clinic, very clean and the staff were great too. The doctors are very attentive and explained everything I need to know about the procedure. I had an interpreter all the time with me. I truly recommend this clinic. I am from Canada and went to Istanbul to do this hair implant.

This company is a scam! I wait for compensation for the last 9 month, nothing happened!!!

4 stars, the whole process was flawless with Elithair. I have had my treatment on March 22nd 2022 and the service was really good. We stayed at the Marriot Hotel which was like 5 minutes away from the (brand new) clinic, the shuttles were nice and there were plenty (so no need to wait for long times). Though 4 stars because they could improve the service in the clinic. There is one break in the treatment where you get some food, but the quality is poor, and as you loose quite some blood during the (9-hours) treatment it would have been really nice to have something sweet like soda, tea, candy or cookies in the relax lounge where you stay for an hour after the treatment to get some energy again.
Last point, it was propositioned as being a painless treatment, but the moisture injections, which you need about 50, have been unexpectedly super painfull with me.
The pain is probably inevitable for such treatment, and I feel that for doing such a treatment, Elithair is one of, or maybe the best possible and professional Clinics available in Istanbul.

The whole procedure was very well planned out. I arrived at 7pm at the airport and got picked up and was driven to the Clinic. At the clinic they took a blood sample from me and drove me to the hotel straight after. The next day I was driven to the clinic again and we discussed with the head Doctor where the bald spots are that need the transplant. After the they drew the outlines of where the transplant is gonna go we went into shaving my head. After the shaving was done the operation begun where they took out the grafts which took around 3 hours followed by a break where I got a meal to replenish my energy. After the break the operation of inserting the grafts started which took around 4 hours. They covered up the donor section and told you how to sleep during the night to avoid damaging anything. On the last day they examined my head just to make sure that everything went well. After that I got instructed on what to do for the next two weeks to ensure that my head recovers from the transplant. With everything being finished I got driven to the airport to head back home.

I am very satisfied with the results and overall process. Everything is prepared and organized until the last tiny element and executed with laser precision. The entire process including pick up from the airport, transport, hotel, visits to the clinic and treatment top!
Of course I would love to have even more hair after the transplantation but results are easily seen and I am really satisfied. Thank you!

Everything was amazing. The interaction with Massimiliano, in the beginning, clarified any doubt and pushed me gently to follow the decision I took already. I spoke to Elithair a week before coming down to Turkey. Everything went without problems, the only thing I had to do was send pictures of my head, so they could do the math when it comes to grafts, and price.

I was satisfied with the price, and then decided to take the trip. When I arrived at the airport, the driver was already waiting for me, taking me for blood check.

After that, he dropped me off at my hotel. The next day, I arrived at the hospital, talking with several of Dr. Balwis team.

All of my questions were answered, and I were satisfied enough to go for the surgery.

I also witnessed people getting told “no” because of “bad” donor area, so be sure that they won’t go on with the procedure if they can’t guarantee good results. This indicates that money is not the motivation, so don’t worry about that.

Throughout the surgery everything went excellent, and I had no pain except the local anesthesia which is logical.

After the surgery, the team gave me all the information I needed so I didn’t have to worry about doing anything wrong.

To be honest, if I’d have to do it again, I would definitively choose Elithair. This because I witnessed people with “bad” donorarea getting told no.

So you don’t have to worry that “even though they know the results won’t work on you, they will still go on with the surgery just because of money.”

Also, they have plenty of translators so language barriers should not be an issue.

Very professional and the patient is the main focus. Dr. Balwi personally visits the patients in order to check that everything goes on correctly, even tho his a really busy guy and everyone wants a word with him.

I also want to give a nice word about George. The guy who was available for me 24/7, whenever wherever I needed help. George was my contact person from the very first beginning through text.

Also satisfied with my hotel, the driver, and the staff generally.

Absolutely shocking, ruined my hair and my life. Stay well away

It's been 1 year since I made my implantation in this clinic, I am disappointed with the result, we still see my skull a lot, and yet it was very expensive. watch out for fake reviews there are a lot of them.
in 2 months, I had three different contacts because they did not stay with the company and I had 3 very different quotes each time.
I didn't feel confident with them at all
