Don’t waste your money. I submitted my order on the 8th of April.. estimated delivery 15th-23rd of April, still yet to see this delivery. I’ve contacted numerous of times and I received the same message each time claiming it will be shipped the same week, I have also requested a full refund which is yet to be accepted or received. I’ve now, a month later started receiving emails asking me to review my order which is yet to be received, and whilst looking at the tracking on my order it still appears to be in Beijing

Disgusting scam website
Disgusting website. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered 2 different sizes of a dress totalling £70. Took 27 days to arrive despite the shipping saying it would be 5-7. After 2 weeks I emailed to request them to cancel the order as I no longer needed it but they completely ignored my request and sent it out anyway. I am now trying to contact them to arrange a refund and am getting completely ignored. Currently in the process of talking to my bank to get this amount charged back. Disgusting company built on lies and deceiving people out of hard earned money. You should be ashamed.

They are using images from other websites e.g. Jaded London, and manufacturing copies in China. When I tried to get a refund on the dress that arrived, which did not look the same as the picture, they insisted that I pay for return postage (at least £15 out of pocket for me) to a Chinese address in order to get a refund. I said I would ship to a UK address, which you would guess a website called ‘Elixa London’ has, but apparently this is not possible! This is despite the website claiming their headquarters are in London.

girls they’ve gone through the process of getting my review taken down as i told people what they were really like. after telling me the reason i didn’t get a refund was on my end… they finally admitted the reason it didn’t go through was because it was held up on theirs. when they finally admitted i deserved a FULL refund they emailed me, and i quote “we wanted to refund you fully but you have reviewed a 1 star on trust pilot, if you still want your refund you must delete your review. otherwise we can’t give you your money back”
that is word for word what i have been emailed, the level of unprofessionalism and blackmail is absoloutly disgusting and everyone deserves to know what these people are like. iv gone through with my bank to get my money back and now they’ll finally started replying to my emails asking me to close the charge back… even tho they still havnt given me my money😂

Website is a classic dropshipping scam. Avoid.
I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago, and I have not been provided with either tracking information, or the dress. Very clearly a scam, for many reasons.
1. On their “about us” page on their website, all of their photos (including the one featuring the supposed owner and CEO of the brand) are made with AI. This is painfully obvious.
2. They claim to have been featured in Vogue alongside other fashion magazines, yet a simple google search will prove otherwise.
3. They boast about their thousands of good reviews and happy customers, yet don’t allow customers to read these “positive” reviews.
4. They claim the business has been around since 2018, yet again, a simple google search into the website history shows the brand has not existed before 2024.
5. Most, if not ALL, of their articles of clothing have been stolen from other websites and brands. Even the photos have been stolen from other brands. For example, the “Denise” Flared Jeans (RRP £80) are also sold on Shein for £20.
TL;DR - This website has many inconsistencies consistent with scam and dropshipping websites. Avoid, don’t waste your money.

Our images (including those on the About Us page) are a blend of branding visuals, AI-generated artwork, and photography. This is a design choice — not an attempt to deceive.
All customer reviews we reference are genuine and collected across platforms — and we’re actively working on integrating them visibly on the site.
As for our products, we work with a range of suppliers and manufacturers — as many brands do, but we never intentionally “steal” images or content. If something was mistakenly listed with incorrect imagery or pricing, we’re more than happy to correct it.
We absolutely understand why some people feel cautious with newer online brands and we welcome accountability and transparency. We are committed to building trust and always open to feedback that helps us improve.
