Still waiting for my dress. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, emailed and no reply & been checking reviews & a lot of people saying the same thing. I’d at least appreciate a refund if you haven’t got the dress to send out. £35 to not receive a dress? Sounds like a scam to me. I’d appreciate a reply thanks.

Won’t send dress or refund me
Ordered a dress nearly 2 weeks ago. Received no shipping email so emailed that I wanted a refund and to cancel the order. No response. Went on live web chat and was told they will track my order, then the web chat said they had gone offline, and they have not contacted me again. REFUND ME - following their reply to me on this review saying they will refund me, they actually emailed saying they cannot refund me even though the item has not been shipped !! They have claimed I have to wait for them to ship it and then I must return it, instead of cancelling the order that has not even left their warehouse??? Scam

Customer service
I ordered an outfit from this website, i emailed 3 times regarding the tracking information as it took ages to come and I never got a reply.
Now my order has come and i would like to send it back, I have emailed requesting a refund twice in the last week and not had a single reply. A company should not take this long to reply to a paying customer. I am not happy with the customer service it’s shocking!!!
Will not be ordering from here again.
