Very nice holiday
Very nice holiday, great price/quality. Our hotel was overbooked but the people from ElizaWasHere offered an excellent replacement.

Double trouble
The trip and hotel where amazing and we had an amazing stay (Villa Epicurea - Portugal).
However the contacts with 'Eliza was here' wheren't that amazing at all.
When we arrived at the airpor there where trouble with our rental car.
We tried to reach out to Eliza (on their emergency number), but we were unaible to reach someone within the first hour.
When we finally got someone on the phone, we got the message that there was nothing they could do for us.
Basically we had to figure it out by our self.
After 4 hours at the airport we managed to solve the problem ourself, but got no hulp however from the very unfriendly Eliza staff.
Too bad that the staff was so unavailable and unfriendly.
