My sister bought the 18k gold freshwater earrings for my daughter’s 18th birthday. The design of this pair of earrings is amazing—they are so elegant and beautifully crafted. The drop length is perfect. The box and packaging are so beautiful too. My daughter absolutely loves this gorgeous gift and highly recommends them!

This review is a little late as I ordered in May but I wanted to say the customer service was great, products are beautiful and beautifully packaged and I feel like a valued customer. I would definitely purchase from Elk & Bloom again as I think the items are good value and well-priced.

Elk & Bloom has a wide selection of amazing jewelleries and I found the perfect mother's day gift over there. The quality and finish of the jewellery is exceptional.I experienced some lateness in receiving my order through no fault of the shop. It was rather a delay with the post office (International shipping). However, the shop was very quick to respond to my queries. Since, the order was taking some time to reach, the shop even sent me a replacement for my order. By that time, I had received the initial order, but I was so pleased by the product that I offered to pay for the replacement. Overall, it was a pleasure shopping with Elk & Bloom. 100% customer satisfaction.
