Ordered in april. Today finally issue sorted through klana. Again wish I could give 0 stars. Gabriel responded basically blaming us for not being at home with delivery attempts which we were.. I did get 1 response from the delivery company and then they ignored by emails. Luckily I purchased through klana!

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.. same experience as the previous 1 star reviews. Totally fraudulent companies, both Elkor and their 'courier company' Dislogistic which are apparently based in London, Leeds and Netherlands. I purchased an Echo Dot for my elderly mum and paid online with my credit card. Gabriel emailed me a few days later at nearly midnight to confirm my order had been processed. Thought the timing was a bit strange.. Long story short, after many email exchanges and two 'failed deliveries' when we were in both times, I looked back on Trust Pilot to see a raft of negative reviews since my purchase (I had incidentally looked up their reviews on Trust Pilot before I purchased but they were clearly fake 4 and 5 star reviews). I've logged this with Action Fraud UK and have rung my credit card company with a crime reference number. Avoid like a covid riddled plague rat.

Scam… never arrived. Stopped contacting. Telephone is just a answerphone so not able to contact - item never arrived. Delivery company much the same for communication.

Be aware! Its a scam!!! On the 5th of April 2023 I ordered some Bluetooth headphones which never arrived. Logistic company who should deliver the item is a scam too. Phone number to Holland which nobody picks up, just a voicemail. Contact email address - nobody responds. Shop assistant Gabriel first makes excuses about parcel issues etc then stops to respond at all. One big scam and money fraud! Avoid!

Elkor is a scam. I had the same experience as others. Claimed failed delivery while I was actually working in our front garden. Contact number goes continuously to O2 mobile answering service. Rearranged delivery didn’t materialise, thereafter total silence.
Luckily I had used credit card, I hope Mastercard managed to withhold the money as I flagged this up as soon as the first delivery “failed” as I was very suspicious.

Scam!!! Said tried to deliver but checked CCTV and no one came. Trying to buy headphones. AVOID!!

Don't expect to ever receive your parcel.
The haulage company Dislogistic is not a physical company.
You will be lied to by Elkor.
Your will have to wait days for a response.
Fake delivery attempts.
Don't be fooled by prices.

Even one star is one to many. I ordered an xbox for my autistic sons birthday. I left plenty of time for delivery but it still hasn’t arrived. After 3 weeks of being lied to and fobbed off by both supplier and courier( as they could be bothered to answer communication by phone or email) I still don’t have my sons gift. I’ve had no communication for 4 days now to find they cancelled and refunded me 21 days after order. I’m extremely surprised they still have a business as the service is appalling DONT IRDER FROM THIX COMPANY!!!!

This firm are the biggest scammers I have ever uncounted they will not deliver they will not refund if I could get my hands on them I have now had a full refund off the finance company that's the best way to buy but please don't buy off these 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠

Ordered goods, never delivered, and they do not respond to the phone or emails. Had to do a chargeback to get my money back. Absolute sham of a company.

A fraudulent company has not delivered cargo for three weeks, a company called dis logistic, a company whose name I have never heard of, calm down, do not buy anything

It started off really well and hopefully until I asked for a tracking number and delivery service. ( dislogistic ) which isn’t a real company even though they say it is. Poor communication getting a emails at 0100am, the number on the website just rings out constantly! Since trying to get my parcel which was out on delivery was put on hold for 5 days which in itself is bizarre. Now I have to rearrange to get my delivery. I wanted a refund they totally avoided answering that. Absolute rip off and this site needs shutting down.
Brought this through Klarna, only up side is they couldn’t take the full payment!

At the beginning there were some issues with delivery because my funds were on hold, I cancelled the order and paid thru the bank transfer - had to wait more than expected, but finally I received my headphones after two weeks. I wouldn’t trust people who are saying all this negative stuff, communication was pretty good as well - they usually answered me within the same day and price was ridiculously cheap for headphones I ordered.

SCAM! Placed an order over two weeks ago went around in circles speaking to the same names as many of the other reviews and getting the same stories/lies from Elkor and their sham logistics company dls!! It’s all one BIG fraudulent setup

If I am to check on the status of my parcel on the apparent couriers website they claim to have attempted to deliver my parcel today which I can 100% confirm hasn’t happened today or at all for that matter!

Had no response from whoever sits behind the info@elkor email since I have needed any kind of estimated date of arrival.

These crooks need a good dose of karma! Also need to be taken down from comparison sites as it seems most have been caught out through the use of a reputable website who you’d expect to have vetted the websites they endorse and give a platform before allowing them to lure custom through seemingly great discounts.

11 days ago, They provided a tracking link to Dislogistic where everything just sits as [processing].
And is never despatched. Looks like i have been scammed. I have set up a dispute with the bank.

If you complain about delivery they shunt your expected delivery day forward to give you renewed hope. Quite an impressive scam to be honest!
I did a fair bit of research beforehand in order to gain trust - but as you can see i am not alone in the last few days loads of others are coming out of the wood work with the same experience.

What dark times we live in!

Unfortunately, exactly the same as all the other reviews. Bought through Klarna, all seemed OK. Had to chase for tracking info. Was sent to a website of a company I've never heard of "dis logistic"? Waited a week, with no item or further communication. Finally did some digging and realised this is a fake company registered late last year, as is the courier company dis logistic. Delivery date continues to move. Reported to authorities. Awaiting to see if I can get my money back.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pair of Sony headphones over a week ago and was initially sucked in by the price, which looked (in hindsight) to good to be true. I have been chasing my order ever since and just keep getting fobbed off by someone who calls themself Gabriel Collins. I have now cancelled the order and am waiting for a refund from Klarna who I have reported this matter to along with Trading Standards. I want to alert others to this website as it appears to have been constructed by scammers so don't order anything as I strongly suspect you will not receive anything. Avoid at all cost.Their positive reviews also look fake. I can verify everything by the way and am not making this up.

Absolute scam! I purchased a pair of AirPod Pro 2’s through Klarna on the 17th of April. I never received any update about my purchase so I emailed them. They came out with a sorry story stating that they were having some “construction” in their warehouse and they were not able to get my product. Had to send an email out because the number provided always put me on to voicemail.

A few days later I had to email them again requesting for an update and then they sent me a tracking number to a website called Dislogistic who are also SCAMERS who appear to be part of this whole scam.

I have reported about these scammers to Klarna and I hope they would take the necessary action and also refund my money. It takes 21 days for Klarna to reply on my refund and this too takes a long time. Very disappointed as this was my first purchase for myself as I am new to the UK.

There’s a special place in hell for people like this to rot, I will hope and wish this happens soon.

Ordered a ps5 for my nephew for his birthday on the 14th of April, I still havent received the item and its the same issue with the delivery being “processed” and dislogistic keep updating the delivery date for the next day and it never arrives. Paid through Klarna and thought it would be a verified store but clearly this isnt the case. AVOID AVOID AND AVOID. There’s no clear communication with this company and ironically you can’t get through to either company by phone. Have contacted Klarna and my credit card team for them to investigate. Pay abit extra and order from elsewhere atleast there wont be no fuss.

Same story as everyone else , I followed a link from a trusted price comparison site and ordered a pair of Sony headphones on the 14th April, they were allegedly dispatched on the 21st, I was sent a tracking number with DISlogistics , and no delivery to date ( April 27 ) and now no communication, I think I’ve been had.
