Disgusting service. My son recently spent the money he’d saved on a pair of noise cancelling headphones to help with his ADHD and school work. Despite constant attempts to get customer services to confirm a delivery date (it keeps changing and we can’t get hold of the courier company) we still have no headphones and no replies from customer services. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. I work in journalism and have access to an extremely large consumer database. As well as reporting the company to trading standards and my son’s bank, rest assured if we do not receive immediate contact from the company, or the actual headphones I will have no hesitation in making it public knowledge how the company appears to be working on a fraudulent basis. Given they seem to reply to reviews on here, let’s hope they see this before it’s too late.

SCAMMER. Will lie about the website not taking card, Gabriel Collins will email you, asking to bank transfer - once you proceed you will get a email or two with a tracking code for Dislogistics a shipping company, this shipping company also doesn’t reply and just continues to delay the delivery with no help. Then Elkor will completely ignore you, they may also say they are giving you a 20% voucher with your order to lead you on. No replies, No help, No refund. DO NOT BUY from this website complete scam and waste of time. I ordered 2 weeks ago and have had nothing and no help. Do not get scammed by these terrible people.

After payment they do not respond anymore.

Do go to these *******!! This is 100% a scam company as per all the other reviews within the last week. Bought some AirPod 3's via Klarna on the 17th - got the same story regarding delivery and no communication. I believe that both DisLogistic and Elkor are the same company and run by the same people, their poor English language skills and affectations are the same. I've reported both companies to Action Fraud and have reported to both Klarna and my bank.

Same story as others in here, I ordered a VR headset 5 days ago,money taken, had an email to say its processing the order, and nothing since.
Tried emailing but had no response, telephone number is a mobile that goes straight to voicemail.

Business is registered to a Latvian, which coincidentally is the same as the positive reviews below.

Will be contacting trading standards, avoid at all costs!

I believe to have been scammed. I've ordered a Bose sound bar order number 50202. A few days had passed before I contacted the seller, only to be told We had some reconstruction in the main storage and as of that - we could not process some of the orders. We are sorry for this delay and will include a 20% voucher with the shipment for next purchase!

at this point I requested a refund before the seller shipped the item. Three times! I asked for a refund but I then received confirmation that the parcel is on its way. with a tracking number from a company called dislogistic.
the tracking says the item was collected on a Friday with an expected delivery date of Tuesday the next week, the delivery date then changed to a Thursday. but no parcel has arrived.

Sadly I have to agree that these people are crooks and this is a fraudulent website, despite me being referred by a very reputable comparison site.

Ordered a sound bar on the 22nd and radio silence ever since. The ‘24/7 Customer Service’ number is nothing more than a mobile, which is never answered and just goes through to an O2 voicemail.

Have also reported to the police, as well as my bank and the reputable comparison site.

Fake and fraudulent website - prices are too low to be real, they are scamming people.

Company 14405564 started 7 October 2022. Ships out via another fake company DisLogistic company number 14494953 (13 Broadway Road, Leicester, England, LE5 5TB) which claims to have been around since 2021, but only started 21 November 2022. Links back to D.G.R. BUILDERS LTD (12052045) and the Doru's, who are the people on the end of the info at elkor email address, Gabriel Doru / Gabriel Collins.

They will string you along, getting payments via credit cards, then will disappear.

Reported to Police and Trading standards.

I ordered a Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones on 22/4, but after 4 days they are not updating the order status which is in the "process" state.

I expected to receive the order with their terms of 1-3 business days between 25-27. But based on other reviews, it seems their delivery is another headache.

They also didn't respond to any calls or emails.

I ordered a TV on 22/04 having checked here that reviews looked ok. Since then my order is classified as "processing" but with no information on shipping time or status. I have attempted to call for days but there is no reply on the phone just an O2 answer phone and I have also emailed but with no reply. You seem to be replying to negative reviews but not to customers! My order reference is 50540 - please contact me on the details I have provided and I will happily update this review.

Fraudulent website. Avoid

In reply to store response. order was placed on 16/4.. still no item. me expecting next day delivery is a lie.

I was told via email the order was cancelled. I purchased item from elsewhere. I then receive another email saying item has been posted.

Courier website says order will be delivered by 25/04, it’s now 26/04.

I have also responded to all emails and in fact chased up lack of response from the store, another lie.

Absolute scammers. No reply. Phone number has changed twice but they don't answer. Send tracking for a company that doesn't seem to exist. My next step is action fraud.

The "shop" address is for a company that you can buy an online address for.

Companies house have the directors address as the virtual address but he would of had to send his details so action fraud will be able to locate. It's passed to them and Klarna are investigating.

*Update the tracking number provided is for a company that are not in the UK. When you call them it's a number in the Netherlands which supprise supprise they don't answer. Their emails bounce back. The shipping company is registered to a Latvian Builder he also has another builders business registered and the shipping company has only recently been registered on Companies House. I have already advised you I'm not a competitor I'm a lawyer & I'm just a person trying to buy a PlayStation for my son. You have advised me you will refund me but yet that hasn't happend either. Your business phone number (which is a mobile that has changed twice) just diverts to an O2 voicemail and you never answer/reply to voicemail messages.

*Further update - Klarna are now also investigating the store.

This company is a pile of trash. ordered a item and it’s been 2 weeks and 2 days with multiple delays DONT USE THIS COMPANY

Updated...I ordered a sound bar from these criminals over a week ago. They offered a good price advertised via PriceRunner UK but it all went downhill from there. The reviews looked plausible on this page initially but on closer inspection they are all posted by people with one review to their name and two people even recommend another (now delisted) scam site TechDeluxe.eu.

They eventually provided a bogus tracking number to a company called DisLogisitic.co.uk who are also a scam site, citing 8 years experience for a company founded in 2022! The two shell companies (run by the same person) create the illusion of a credible internet service despite the typos and irregularities littered across the site. They send a constant stream of delaying/holding messages because, let’s face it, there are NO PRODUCTS BEING SOLD HERE.

Don’t be fooled.

Save yourself the heartache and pain and take your business to a real company. PriceRunner have now suspended them and they are under police investigation.

In direct response to their reply posted below, I have now received a full refund from my credit card company who are also investigating them and all of their associated websites and companies. There has been no refund through Stripe and when I contacted Stripe they knew nothing of the transaction in question.

Received ordered drone today. Was a little bit scared, because it is not a well known company, but at the end everything was great. Great support team also!

he did delivery the products on time. full complete products were original. you can buy from them.

I cannot submit a sensible review at present as I have not yet received the item ordered. Delayed my delivery for ever and when called rude on the phone. But recieved 20% on my ramaining order. That remains to be seen.

Very good customer service with online chat. Got my smart camera the next week with delivery to my doorbell! Thank you Elkor!

Had good customer service with Melinda. Helped me to choose which cameras to buy. Dispatch time was 4 days, but shipping. Was fast

I bought headphones the delivery was 4 days was happy with that. The quality is original also.
