Fairly priced good quality silk. I bought 2 new pillowcases for my bed and a slip dress (super comfy to sleep in). I used to have satin pillowcases and these silk ones noticeably so much more breathable. I try not to go to bed with wet hair but when I do my hair dries so much faster with silk pillowcases, a perk I wouldn't even have thought of:) Elle silk also has a great colour selection which makes it easy to match your room's asthetic.

The Silk is gorgeous and high quality. The ordering process was easy and convenient. I've previously purchased silk pajamas from high-end retailers and they've fallen apart in just a few months. ElleSilk products are of much higher quality.

ElleSilk website and products are very easy to use. The delivery was quick and the item was well packed. I would certainly recommend this company and I will happily buy from them again.

This is a Chinese scam company that sells cheap, fake products. Your order will drop ship directly from China and arrive vacuum sealed without an invoice or packing list. If you try to return, Ellesilk customer service simply won't respond. In my case, I ordered a silk pillow. The pillow I received is filled with poly fill - not 6A silk. Do not buy anything from Ellesilk, you will be ripped off.

Great customer service, very responsive. Large selection of high quality silk products. The sleeping cap and night gowns are available in so many beautiful colors. The night gown was true to size. I will be expanding my silk collection with Elle Silk!

Great range of items & designs. Can sometimes be a challenge to get small sizes, but on this occasion, perfect! Items always arrive quickly, well packaged and presented and ready to give as gifts.

I placed an online order for my wife for Christmas and everything went smoothly and shipped on time. ElleSilk had the best quality silk pajamas at the price point I was looking at and a few months later the pajamas are holding still great as expected.

I would purchase from them again.

Where do I begin? My experience with this company started in August 2023 when I ordered the Silk Top and Shorts set size small for my DIL for her bridal shower. I ordered from Elle Silk instead of Lunya because they had a color that I preferred. There was nothing on the website that lead me to believe that this set would be shipped from China and not the United States. Once I got my order confirmation I was given cause for pause when I saw the shipping method was Worldwide -- Standard. When I got my actual shipping confirmation it said it was shipping from Pomona, California. I live in Northern California, so I thought it would arrive in a few days. I WAS WRONG! When it hadn't arrived after about a week. I contacted customer service and received this reply "Thank you for contacting ElleSilk.com.
Unlike the individual shipping solution, we are using the business shipping solution. The shipping status will not be updated online until the parcel arrives in the US. The process from the origin country to the destination country will not update online.
Standard shipping usually takes 7-12 business days. In the meantime, we contacted Fedex for the estimated delivery date and were advised that the parcel is expected to arrive later this week, thank you for your patience." It had been shipped from China, which would have been fine if it had fit. The bottoms fit fine, but the top looked more like a large than a small. When my DIL inquired about getting a smaller top she was told that she could keep the entire set and we could spend an additional $99 to order a custom made top that would fit. They don't sell separates. She and I decided against this and started the return process. That's when I found out that the return would be sent to China. It cost me $29 to ship it back and I had to go through the hassle of filling out a customs declaration...which was truly a hassle given the address. I mailed it USPS on October 11, 2023. It arrived in customs in China on October 24, 2023 and there it sat until January 12, 2024 when I realized that I hadn't received a refund yet. I emailed customer service again and requested my refund since the items had made it to China and it wasn't my fault that they had cleared customs. I was told they needed to get the items from customs before they would process my refund. No one ever told me that I needed to tell them when they arrived in customs in China or I would have paid closer attention to the tracking. On 1/28/24 I received notice that they had received my package and I was being refunded $126.45. I paid $159 and received free shipping. I was refunded $159 - $19.90 (for the original shipping to the US) - $12.65 for duty in China. I paid $28.85 to ship it back so my actual refund was $97.60. BTW, the original charge on my credit card statement showed up as Elle Silk -- England. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! IT IS A RIP OFF!!!

Sizes for Europeans are problematic. When you have to retour, you pay again a high amount of toll and delivery. You dont get a full refund. You can get a bit higher store refund, but using the refund leads to having to pay an expesss delivery fee of nearly 20 Dollars additionally, since your bucket goes below 50 Dollar. So with one retour your final price gets about 40 percent higher.

I do understand compansating normal shipment costs, but these costs are included in the prices shown already.

So only because I pay with my refunded money I am forced to take an express delivery that isnt really faster than the normal one.

Service is friendly, but can or will not help.

Sent back silk socks for exchange as requested by the company.Emailed them 3 times and get no reply from them.So I have lost $126.Australia post tracking shows they have received the silk socks back.Beware of this company.No communication.

I have been buying all my silk bedding from ellesilk for years now and will not shop anywhere else. Their silk is the most luxurious and last for years. They also have beautiful colours available. To top it all off their customer service is excellent!

Items delivered were the great quality I expected. My bed is now better than any luxury hotel! Fabric for the bedding sets is very nice quality and same goes for the Jersey knit tops :).
