Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 193 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers consistently report that the products received, particularly the lamps, are made of cheap plastic and do not resemble the advertised stained-glass items. Many found the items to be significantly smaller than depicted on the website and of very poor quality, often described as looking like a child's toy or dollar store junk. Reviewers also expressed strong dissatisfaction with the price, feeling that the items were not worth the amount paid, leading to a perception of poor value. The website itself was frequently criticized for advertising products as handcrafted in the USA by sisters, when in reality, the items are mass-produced and shipped from China. The product images were also found to be inaccurate and not reflective of the actual item received. The return process was also a point of frustration, with customers discovering they would have to pay expensive shipping costs to return items to China.

It's a lie

It's a lie. It's a cheep light from China. Not even worth $20.00. You want to return it? You need to send it to China! Not the return address on the package. Don't buy it. Received it on 2/2/26. Trying to return it. Pictures are deceiving. They aren't hand done. It's a plastic mold. A cheep plastic mold.

This is an AI scam

This is an AI scam. The first clue was the fake photos of the two women, one of which had a fake teardrop. The photos of the lamps show tall 7" lamps that are stained glass. What you get are cheap plastic nightlights that are maybe 3" tall and poorly painted. AVOID!

Bait and Switch- at best!

Bait and Switch- at best.
Cheap little plastic product, nothing like advertised. They give the illusion they work in stained glass, but it’s all fake. Trying to get a refund, and they responded by offering me 10%! Plus, ship back to China with sketchy instructions about listing the cost of the items for customs. Will pursue through bank to get my money back.

This Merchadise is a piece of junk

This Merchadise is a piece of junk
I received the two lamps I ordered but they are not stained glass
Painted plastic. When I tried to get a refund they wanted me to send them back to China even though they were mailed from a California address. Maybe immigration should be targeting these crooks
I finally filed a dispute through my bank to get my money back.

I was lured to their fake advertisement…

I was lured to their fake advertisement while I on the AARP site, on stained glass lamps puppy figurines, on a clearance sale with an 80% discount. What I received was a resin figurine, way smaller than the one advertised. It was shipped from an address belonging to a self storage in Oxford, PA, nothing to do with EllieSeattle. When asked for details on returning the item, they replied to ship it back to China. The cost is on me because they do not provide return labels,... but why to China? because it's a SCAM!

I did not want to even give 1 star but…

I did not want to even give 1 star but I had to in order to move on with this review. I purchased this “stained glass” dog as a gift. It turns out it’s small plastic looks like it was painted by a 5 year old. What a rip off! 46.00 insane! I can only be mad at myself for not checking them out first. Hope to save someone else the trouble. This is seriously an item I could find at the dollar store. I am not sure why people take advantage of others. We will all have to take accountability one day😢 also the photo of the Company is not real.

Such a shame

Such a shame, this company is a scam and I’m so disappointed. Their story of being a handcrafted Seattle based company is BS. The product is awful and they ship from China. I wish I could upload a photo.

A complete fraud (lie) !

A complete fraud, after a delay in the shipping, the dogs were smaller than shown, made of cheap material not even glass, Looked like could have been bought at a cheap 2nd hand junk shop for $5.00 Never again will I believe or buy. Was sickening, like burning 🔥 $$

My bad

My bad, being fooled by the "American-sounding" name and pictures, etc. Expected to get a colorful plastic mosaic lamp, instead got a cheap, tiny little plastic dog that looks like it was painted with crayons. Sadly, it was THE ONE present I didn't research, and I kick myself for spending $40 on this junk. Even the $20 I see it advertised for is way too much. Plus, took over a month to be delivered, but they state it was "on time."

Below one star …

If I could rate them below one star I certainly would. I was emotionally invested and taken advantage of. I wish I had taken the time to find legit reviews like the ones listed here. The Campanion was vinyl, looking like a kindergarten child used felt markers to paint by number the puffy paint outlined squares . I was More than disappointed with this purchase. I'm not spending more money on returning the product. I'll send it to the trash bin.

Took forever to get the product from…

Took forever to get the product from China. Odd that all the company description are of 2 sad sisters in Seattle. There are no words to compare this horrid tiny piece of plastic to the words ‘stained glass’. All the pictures depict a different inference that it is of a reasonable size and colorful while it is neither. Now I am finished with buying anything advertised on Facebook as there is nothing accurate, even the name of the company. Wish I could submit the side by side photo.

This is a scam

This is a scam. The product you get is cheap plastic, nowhere near the size they show in their pictures, and the colors are pathetic. You request a refund and they make you pay to send it back to some Asian country or keep it for a 10% refund. I am filing a claim with Visa. Please spread the word on social media so we can shut down this fake company that is scamming people with false advertising.

Biggest scam ever

Biggest scam ever! Light that is sold as stained glass is actually 3D printed and looks god awful. When I complained they responded with let us give you a 10% refund so you can avoid paying shipping cost!!!!!! What a joke and completely disgusting. Do not trust this site or buy anything from them.
