I would give zero stars if able. Web site states 4-7 days worldwide delivery, 9 days and my item is still in China!! The customer service team deserve a gold medal in platitudes!! Still none the wiser why l haven't received my order. But not to worry the customer service team are also very frustrated by this !!🤬

Very impressed with customer service they were most helpful with my query about opening the bracelet by sending me a video and sent me an extender free of charge . Delighted with the bracelet for my grandson

I'm worried I have been waiting 6days for my grandsons bracelet,how long do we usually have to wait I am sure when it arrives I will be pleased.

I tried to cancel my order within the 24hr window as per their policy on their website. I never received confirmation of my order or notification of shipping or dispatch. They refused to honour their cancellation policy saying they had already shipped the order. I responded citing the above and have received no response. The Highs and Lows Ring for Daughter with ‘Love from Mum’ Engraving ring arrived and it’s such poor quality - feels like cheap plastic and it’s not engraved. Complete waste of money. So disappointed with the product and their lack of communication and customer service.

Ordered two son leather bracelets when they arrived i decided i wanted to return them . Sender address on packaging in England. When I was told how to return i was given an address in Australia to send return to. Which would cost a fortune. I said I was more than happy to return to address that was on packaging. No response and no refund

I ordered a bracelet for my grandson in September. To day they have mailed to say it’s on its way. Disgraceful

BE AWARE that the pieces they say are for grandchildren are WAY too big for their tiny wrists. Very poor and misleading advertising.
No refund offered.

I have now blocked your posts on facebook, unsubscribed your emails and written a review telling all of my experience.
Enjoy my dollars I have totally wasted upon you.
Will spread the word. Plastic cheap and very poor management with no caring whatsoever.

I really thought I'd found something that would last a while for my grandchildren to remember me by.
Keep dry (store in dry area - they want to wear it and enjoy it)
Avoid moisture and chemicals (water, chemicals and sweat??)
Store properly (kids ??)

I have spent a lot of money on some things and its saying they have delivered to my house. They haven't so I now have no items either for the money I have spend sent so many emails and nobody is getting back to me at all. I really wouldn't order large amounts of things

I had a problem with the incorrect item being sent, but this was very quickly rectified. Chrissy provided superb customer support, ensuring that everything was sorted and keeping me informed about the situation.
The goods themselves are beautiful and very good quality.

My grandson guy loved the bracelet the other one is for Christmas.
They came quickly look and feel great would definitely recommend these

I ordered three granddaughter bracelets as of now I haven't received them money out my bank I. September getting worried I won't get them one was for a birthday so hope I can get them before Christmas please get back to me asap

There was no orders confirmation with tracking after i paid my purchases. Not replying my email and not returning phone call. You can't find the order history in anywhere so can't track my orders. Never receive my purchases!

DO NOT ORFER FROM THEM !!Ordered a ring for my daughter over a month ago and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted them so many times and they can’t tell me where it is or when I am getting it. They refuse to give me a refund.

I ordered on the 17th October,and they say it was shipped the same day without tracking. 10 days later it still isn't here and when I questioned it via email 3 days ago - still no reply. I will reserve my judgment for when and if it ever arrives, but I am skeptical.

It came in a beautiful box, with care instructions and the words written inside on a card were lovely. I got this as a gift for my daughter and she loved it. It looked amazing on her wrist.
