Communication is rubbish!! Ive emailed 6 times asking to change my address for delivery. Ive had no response 😕

I have been emailing Ellie & Grace for 16days now. I recieved the mother and daughter necklace and was so disappointed in the cheap quality. I immediately emailed them asking to return it for a refund and they have insisted they need photos of the item even though they just posted it. Since sending them the photo they are still refusing to provide me with a return address. Such an absolute scam. I would honestly avoid purchasing from them at all costs.

If I could give a minus I would. I ordered 2 very important gifts on 26 October 25. Still not received. I held money from Afterpay and they still got paid. I am behind devastated. I had to find other gifts so I didn’t disappoint my grandson at graduation and my sister in law after her hubby had a major stroke to make her feel loved. I have asked for refund they said they resent in November still nothing. I haven’t had response since asking for refund next step fair trade. My own fault I trusted them as first order took 6 weeks. Very disappointed. But not defeated I will be taking this further. As I see too many issues with other over same time frame

Ellie Grace Jewellery is an absolute disgrace. I paid £54 over a month ago and never received a single thing. They keep brushing me off and refuse to refund or resolve the situation.

Their customer service is non-existent, their communication is terrible, and they clearly don’t care once they take your money.

This company is nothing but scammers pretending to run a business.
Save your money and stay far away

I ordered on the 18 th Nov but still not received my order, iv emailed a few times but to no avail, I will not be ordering again

Ordered a personalised bracelet. I thought was a lovely idea. Was really looking forward to receiving.
Received order confirmation then hadn't received package by about 2 weeks later. Contacted the company requesting information about my order. Received a response advising it was in transit and a tracking number. Tracking number invalid which I advised and requested an ETA on my order. No response.
I have now instructed my bank to recover the funds.
Dont order from this company. They are simply robbing your money and not delivering any order you think you may have placed.

They keep saying g delivered but it has not also they took payment for 3 bracelets when I only ordered one

When the bracelet arrived, I was absolutely thrilled with it, its so beautiful, boxed really professionally & I am sure my Grandson will love it. I had a couple of questions about its arrival & was emailed back with answers. Thank you. Will use Ellie Grace again x

Placed my order weeks ago, still not received it! Still received no email or contact back from them to tell me where it is or how long it will be before I receive it! STAY WELL CLEAR OF THE SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!

Never received since August and money taken from account do not use these people also people that did receive say it’s shoddy products and not like the ohoto

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
They do not refund so you are stuck with the goods which are very cheap and flimsy!

Finally taking this disgustingly dishonest company to court for illegally withholding refund. May never see my money but might stop other potential customers from going through the same experience. Shame on them no work ethics and in fact are actually frauds!!!

I ordered a bracelet on the 18th November for my granddaughters birthday on the 24th November
Paid £6.95 for express shipping as website states 3/5 days express, I am still waiting on the item and it's the 1st December, have had numerous emails blaming the carrier and the busy sale period. Item wasn't even despatched for 8 days and it's coming from China. Feel I've been scammed and wish I had read reviews before I ordered

Most companies take your money when you have received the product. This company takes it straight away. This company does not respond to emails. The tracking after ten days is still with the company. I have started to claim my money back

Unlike a lot of others I have received the rings ordered but they are cheap tat. one fits & one doesn't. I should have known, if it looks too good to be true it usually is. I knew as soon as I'd placed the order that I'd made a big mistake....chalked up to experience.

I ordered two grandson bracelets. They both arrived with the same name engraved on them Jack and not jack and Charlie. They were way to small and not adjustable. The company refused to refund money but offered 30 dollars to re buy another one. They said I had to purchase extenders from them at my expense. People had said you have to purchase several to make them fit. My Grandsons Birthdays have passed and I want a refund. They have refused to give me one as they say the bracelets are personalised and can't be returned. £45 For 2 bracelets we can't use. I feel the company should tell people they are none returnable once
engraved and can't be adjusted unless you purchase extenders .

UPDATE Bracelet has arrived and I must admit it is very nice
I hope my grandson appreciates the trouble it took to get here.

Just received the bracelet after a 2 week wait. Bought for my grandsons 18th birthday but this bracelet does not even fit my 12 year old.so small and no size adjuster..really disappointed after the long wait so now destined for the bin as it was engraved.dreadful
