I was looking for something special for my 14 yr old grandson and stumbled across Elliegrace. I purchased a leather braclet for and it arrived beautifully packaged and with a saying that embodied my thoughts about him.
The customer service from Jo was above and beyond what I expected.

A fast delivery and professional response to their customers

Not happy that in the confirmation of the order as on the website the item was estimated to arrive in 5-7 working days . This was immediately following by another email telling me since September 30th items now took an additional 5-7 working days . As the item was needed for a particular date I would not have ordered it if that had been clear at point of purchase.

Ordered bracelet over 20 days ago. Still did not arrived. They keep sending me tracking number that states that item has been returned to sender. Apart from disappointment of not getting a present for my daughter’s birthday, they are now staling in refunding my money.
